Urban public transport is of great significance to effectively ensure the operation of residents’ life and actively promote the normal travel of urban residents.It is also an important force to promote urban economic development and strengthen the connection between urban and rural areas.In order to alleviate the urban traffic pressure,the major cities in recent years are taking the bus priority strategy to deal with this problem.But in the process of practical work,there is a certain degree of waste of public transport resources.The reason is that the current bus scheduling method is relatively backward,and the bus scheduling plan formulated by bus companies is not perfect,which leads to the strategy of bus priority does not actually solve the problem of traffic congestion.According to the above analysis,the effective relief of urban traffic pressure must rely on a set of scientific and reasonable bus scheduling scheme with practical application value.In this paper,the minimum sum of passenger travel cost and bus company operation cost is taken as the objective,and the optimized bus departure time interval is obtained by using the improved genetic algorithm.Finally,an example is used to verify the optimization result.First of all,this paper studies the basic theory of public transport scheduling,introduces the line scheduling and regional scheduling of urban public transport operation,and points out that regional scheduling is the development direction of urban public transport operation scheduling in the future;This paper analyzes the three factors that affect the operation and scheduling of urban public transport: line passenger flow,road condition and scheduling technical support.After studying the current situation of urban public transport scheduling,the paper puts forward the problems existing in the current scheduling mode of urban public transport,and puts forward the corresponding optimization methods and other scheduling strategies in addition to the current scheduling mode.Secondly,based on the above-mentioned introduction of the relevant theories of public transport scheduling,this paper constructs the mathematical model of optimizing public transport scheduling on the premise of taking into account the interests of both public transport operators and passengers.In this model,the objective is to minimize the sum of the operating cost of the bus company and the travel cost of the passengers.In the passenger travel cost,it mainly considers the cost of passengers waiting for the bus,the cost of passenger congestion and the cost of passengers travelling on the way;In the cost of public transport enterprises,three aspects are mainly considered: operation cost,driver salary cost and maintenance cost.Taking the bus travel time interval in different periods as the decision variable of the model,in addition,the maximum and minimum departure intervals of buses and the departure continuity of adjacent trains in practice are fully considered.As the constraints of the model,the operator of the model is designed by using the comprehensive improved genetic algorithm,and the objective function is set.Finally,a case study of Dalian bus 101,which starts from Dalian railway station and ends at Malan square,is conducted.According to the example data,the MATLAB software is used to program,the model calculation and simulation experiment are completed,the headway data of peak period and peak period are obtained,and the new headway schedule is obtained.The results show that the improved bus headway table has a certain practical significance and use value.It can not only effectively control the operating cost of bus companies,reduce the phenomenon of uneven driving,but also improve the passenger satisfaction and social benefits of bus companies,It has good practical application value.In the urban public transport system,the relationship between the interests of public transport operators and passengers is mutual checks and balances,mutual deviation.Public transport companies hope to get the maximum benefits with the maximum headway and the minimum capacity,while passengers expect to complete the travel demand with the most convenient mode of transportation and the highest quality service in the process of travel.From the perspective of win-win situation between enterprises and passengers,this paper establishes an optimization model of bus line headway to meet the needs of both passengers and enterprises,which has good theoretical significance and practical value for enhancing the operation and scheduling ability of public transport enterprises,improving the service quality of public transport companies,and enhancing the attraction of urban public transport. |
