With the energy reduction and the worse of the natural environment,energy depletion and environmental pollution had been paid more and more attention.Pure electric vehicles have been showed great interest by people for its zero pollution,etc.From the current point of view,pure electric cars will dominate the market.It is very important to the VCU in the electric vehicle for safety,dynamic performance and economy.Vehicle control technology not only is one of the key techniques of electric vehicle development,but also is an important manifestation of intellectual property rights.Vehicle controller software system is the core of the controller,which not only can ensure the software running speed,but also can ensure the stability of the system operation.The vehicle controller technology related to the business secrets,so foreign automobile manufacturers build technical blockade for the vehicle controller.Compared with foreign countries,there is still a certain gap,because many domestic automobile manufacturers still using the traditional method of programming in the development of vehicle control unit.Therefore on the basis of electric sprinkler company cooperation projects,the application of the MBD(model based design)in the design of electric sprinkler controller software system was studied.This technology not only can get rid of the traditional manual method of programming,but also can improve the efficiency of the development,which is also the innovative point of this paper.Vehicle control strategy of the electric sprinkler was formulated according to the structure of electric control system of electric sprinkler and operating mode.Circuit design was completed according to the definition of the VCU.Combined with practical project experience,VCU hardware was developed through the analysis of electromagnetic interference effects on vehicle safety and reliability.The strategy of the vehicle control unit was formulated through the method of model based design.The code which can run on embedded devices was generated through the technology of automatic code generation.Finally,with the help of the hardware controller,the correctness of code was verified on the real test platform.
