In recent years,the energy crisis and environmental pollution is more and more intensified.They have serious affect human survival environment,forcing all over the world to actively carry out research in the field of new energy to seek a new way out.Because of electric vehicles have lots of excellent characteristics such as no loss of oil,no emissions,low noise and so on.Therefore they are sought after automotive expert,and are regarded as the key technology to slow energy crisis and reduce environmental pollution.The vehicle control technology is the key technology of the electric car development.VCU is the core component of the blade electric vehicle control system,it is critical to car normal driving,braking energy recovery,network security management,fault diagnosis and processing and vehicle status monitoring.In addition,at the same time of the electric car research and development facing great opportunities,because pure electric vehicle electronic components are more and more complex and have a huge quantity,that lead to the electric car often fail,even lead to serious safety accident.For this reason,this paper made a more in-depth,more detailed research in the aspect of electric car fault diagnosis.On the basis of the implementation of fault diagnosis,this paper developed pure electric vehicles remote wireless monitoring technology to make up for the lack of fault diagnosis,greatly reduce the probability of occurrence of the accident.It is mainly done for data acquisition of electric vehicle running status,battery working status and motor running state that is closely related to the vehicle data and is done for remote wireless transmission.After the remote client receives the data,the vehicle operation state can be monitored and forsee.Firstly,this text analyzes the overall structure of pure electric vehicles.Based on the vehicle whole structure,analyze the vehicle control unit function definition and signal definition,summarizes the resources vehicle control unit needed,design a vehicle control unit system structure for this subject.Because this article contain the GPRS remote wireless monitoring module,in order to reduce the complexity of the vehicle controller and prevent electromagnetic interference,reduce the occupation of the resource of main chip microcontroller and save RAM,GPRS module is not integrated in the VCU but separately designed.GPRS module communicate with the main control chip through the SCI technology,at the same time the design complexity of the vehicle controller is reduced.Then,make the vehicle control strategy of all conditions and design hardware and software according to the needs of the control strategy.Designed each hardware module,for the software part,the underlying driver code are completed by handwriting,the upper control strategy use MBD technology which improving the efficiency.In addition,the fault diagnosis that based on UDS is completed.Finally,make simulation to each module of vehicle control unit.Build the vehicle control unit experimental simulation platform.Repeated the test,and continuously modify parameters and optimize the system,realize the system function.
