The Research On The Regeneration Of Industrial Heritage For The Third-Front Construction In The Western Hunan Based On The Reform Of 303 Factory

From 1964 to 1980,the Third-Front Construction for war preparation,impelled numbers of Industrial construction set in the west of China,then the rudiment of western industrial was formed.Later,they were moved out with establishments,the third-front factory became almost near empty.In recent years the society began to pay close attention to their unique cultural value and historical value,and to the future of the third-front industrial heritage in the west.However,in today's industrial transformation and urban development,the western cities are still guided by economic growth,to continue industrial development.The urgent problem of these western third-front industrial heritage regeneration,is how to reveal the city's industrial civilization and extend city culture,and how to realize the sustainable development of industrial resources.This paper studies the third-front construction in the western Hunan,summarized the history of the development of the industry in the western Hunan,and made a conclusion about the feature of the third-front construction in the western Hunan.Based on the reform of 303 factory in Huaihua,this paper proposed a targeted regeneration tactics and methods for those industrial heritage.It provided reference to transformation of the third-front industry in the western Hunan even in the western of the country,which can promote local economic development and cultural prosperity.This paper is divided into 3 parts:fundamental research,case study and tactic and method research.Chapter 1 to chapter 3 are fundamental research part.Chapter 1 summarized the research background,research purpose and research meaning of the third-front construction in the western Hunan,defined related concept,confirmed research range,research method and research framework.Chapter 2 arranged fundamental theory of industrial heritage and its development,regeneration mode at home and abroad.Then drew experiences from the achievement of abroad and found the problem of Industrial heritage research in our country.And then analyzed the development trend of industrial heritage preservation and regeneration,which provided guidance for the later chapter.Chapter 3 described the history of the development of the industry in the western Hunan,then studied the main content meaning of the Third-Front Construction.Finally summarized the feature of the Third-Front Construction,provided basic data for following chapter.Chapter 4 is the case study part.Combined with the development status of the main city in Huaihua,studied the reform of 303 factory.Draw experiences and lessons from its design and construction.In order to explore a suitable regeneration tactics and methods for the western third-front industrial heritage.Chapter 5 is tactic and method research part.According to previous chapters' study of the reform of 303 factory in Huaihua,combined with the development of the western Hunan and the situation of its Third-Front Constructions' Industrial Heritage,then put forward a developmental mode for the western third-front industrial heritage preservation and regeneration.And look forward to the future development of the third-front construction in the western Hunan.This paper based on the reform of 303 factory,studied the regeneration of the industrial heritage for the third-front construction in the western Hunan.Explored a unique road for common development between industry and culture in western Hunan.It sets an example for the other economically undeveloped area in our country.
