Research In Interactive Mechanism Of Urban Population And The Residential Space

The rapid growth of population and the sharp expansion of residential land are two features of China's urbanization.During the rapid urbanization,the phenomenon of residential land has become increasingly apparent.Sprawl of urban residential space and uncoordinated development of population and residential land,are compressing the land for future urban development,and make contradictions growing in breadth and in depth.The distribution of population affects the development direction of living space.Residential land determines the population capacity.The interactions between them are inseparable.Population study is an important subject of urban planning,which is the basis of the research.The change of population and its expression form is an important symbol of urban development at different stages.The balance of centralization and dispersion during the development of urban space is always accompanied by change in population distribution.Urban residential space is the most basic type of space,as well as the maximum,most important and dynamic part.The distribution of it is related to the interests of urban economy,society and families and so on.It also has an important influence on overall development of urban space structure.Research into the interactive relationship and mechanism between population distribution and residential space structure,can guide the development of the urban residential space,and provide the reference for reasonable population distribution.It also can serve as a reference for the management and regulation of urban planning.Changsha is the important capital cities and regional central cities in the Midwest.Population and the residential land area in Changsha are at the forefront in the capital cities of the Midwest.The urban spatial structure which massive developed along the river is also has strong representative in China.Firstly,this paper studies related concepts,research status,theory and main reference at home and abroad,to provide theoretical support for the later.On the basis of theory,the relevant data and materials was summarized and finishing,by using the fifth and sixth census data of Changsha,and the related data of land use status in 2000 and 2010.Evolution characteristics of population distribution and the residential space structure during 2000-2010 are cleared,then computed and analyzed the development coordination degree coordination coefficient of the population-residential land in street(town)level.Then,summarized the interaction of the two from the correlation,the interactivity in evolution of spatial structure and balanced development.Further in-depth analysis of the interactive mechanism of both is completed,in the basis of sum-up in the interactive relationship and principles of change of population and residential space structure mutual.Finally,summarize the existing problems in the present population distribution and residential spatial structure in Changsha.Based on all the analysis results,provide the corresponding countermeasures and development suggestions in the comprehensive arrangement of city construction,basing on the urban population distribution,especially in the urban residential space planning and construction.So that government and planning workers can better understand and solve the problems of city.
