Research On The Synergetic Development Of Huai Hua Town Cluster

Since the "Eleventh Five-Year Plan",Huaihua has made obvious progress in the development of economy and urban construction.However,compared with the development of numerous portal and hub cities,Huaihua is still lagging behind.In the face of economic globalization,impact of informatizational tide and the domestic reform and opening up,especially the construction of regional transport infrastructure,such as highway network,Zhijiang airport navigation and Shanghai-Kunming high-speed railroad,which has brought unprecedented opportunities for Huaihua.Under the new era and opportunities,how to development and to adapt to the new normal economic development in our country,is what we need to study and explore.Regional economic development is dominated from the unipolar urban development to multipolar development evolution by urban agglomeration,heading for the road of "synergetic development".Many urban cycles,urban agglomerations and industry zones have sprung up across the country,and Hunan changsha-Zhuzhou-xiangtan urban agglomeration is one of them.Central city of Huaihua,the surrounding of Zhijiang,Zhongfang,and the industrial park,have initially formed “One Body Two Wings” of space form.It is difficult to expand outward development space.Because the town without relying on the central city,has few industry association with the city.The development of the town has not its own characteristics,and it is hard out of the woods,so the economic development is very slow.I worried about the present situation of town's economic and social development.Through investigations of the central city of Huaihua and surrounding counties,I am try to explore development road of town cluster in Huaihua.The full text is divided into six chapters.The first chapter,illuminates the social and economic background of this study,the research purpose,significance,research scope and the way and method.The second chapter,briefly describes the development situation of central city in Huaihua and surrounding towns.The main content of the chapter introduces city of Huaihua from the natural geography,climate condition,location traffic and resource condition,and take the analysis and evaluation of the urban system development of Huaihua,which is mainly focus on the characteristic of urban system current situation,ecological environment protection,history culture and the cultural relics protection and tourism development.At the end of the chapter,briefly describes the city planning of central city,Zhijiang county,Zhongfang county and the industrial park of Huaihua.The third chapter,research for the development positioning of Huaihua town cluster,starting from the feasibility study about construction of Huaihua town cluster.How the region,terrain,ecology industry layout and traffic and other influence factors to impact mechanism of town cluster and the urban space in Huaihua.How to study the pattern and path development town cluster and determine the town cluster overall goal orientation,characteristics orientation,function orientation and industry positioning,is the main content of this chapter.The fourth chapter,which is the development strategy research and exploration on the town cluster of Huaihua.Put forward the principle of development strategic choice,and determine the strategy for regional development,ecological environmental protection historic preservation strategy and tourism development.The fifth chapter,where town cluster development target and development idea is put forward.Including development goals and spatial strategies of town cluster in different dimensional administrative levels and different periods.Briefly describe near and long-term development goals and ideas of Huaihua town cluster,Epilogue,which summarize the thesis context,put forward the limitations and deficiencies in this research,appeal to the vast number of scholars and the whole society making efforts in construction of town cluster,which could promote regional economic and social development,make the city in less developed areas out of the woods in the new opportunity and improve the level of regional economic power and people's life.
