The seismic safety evaluation plays an important role in seismic engineering,It's directly related to the safety of life and property of citizens and sustainable development of the country.It always plays an important role in economic development.To start seismic safety evaluation scientific and reasonable would not only ensure the safety of life and property of citizens,but also avoid the blindly increase investment.It can effectly improve resource utilization.Dynamic parameters represents soil dynamic shear moudulus and damping ratio.They are two of the most important parameters in seismic safety evaluation.The changes of dynamic parameters will directly affect the safety evaluation of the final result.So,scientific and reasonable to determine the dynamic parameters of the foundation soil has a vital role on earthquake safety evaluation.This paper established on the basis of the actual project,According to the collected data and existing research results,In the aspect of the foundation soil dynamic parameters are pointed out.In view of the two kinds of fabrication methods of the influence of dynamic parameters of foundation soil experiment is designed.Scientific summary,reasonably determine the dynamic parameters of foundation soil of this project.In area and near field seismic activity and tectonic environment,Site seismic geological disasters,field seismic risk probability of four aspects to carry out the seismic safety evaluation.Finally through the site seismic response analysis to get the conclusion,For 50 years beyond the probability of 10% of the peak acceleration is 120 gal in this project.Corresponding basic earthquake intensity of ? degrees,it is suggested that the engineering seismic fortification intensity of ? degrees.
