Asphalt mixing plant is one of the necessary equipments in the production of asphalt mix ture in the construction of road surface.The technical level and the reliability of product quali ty are more and more concerned by people.The vibrating screen is one of the key equipments which affect the production quality of asphalt mixing plant,and its screening efficiency and pr oductivity have a very important impact on the quality of the road surface.According to the a ctual investigation and experiment,it is found that the vibrating screen is not reasonable,and t he screening efficiency is low and the service life is short.At present,there is not a set of prac tical theory system of multi-layer vibrating screen in China,which restricts the screening effic iency and reliability of the vibrating screen.The topic of this paper is put forward under this b ackground.In this paper,4000 types of asphalt mixing plant with multi-layer linear vibrating screen as the research object,the model of dynamic analysis,finite element simulation analysis and o ptimization of system parameters,the main research contents and progress:On the structural vibrating screen is introduced in detail,for movement of the vibrating s creen,on the basis of exploring the relationship between vibration sieve box main amplitude a nd support spring rate,vibration frequency,screen angle and other parameters,three multi ent ity layer linear vibrating screen model using modeling software the establishment of the.In this paper,ADAMS is used to kinematics analyze the multilayer linear vibrating scree n,and the influence of the exciting force position on the amplitude,the vibration characteristi cs of the vibrating screen,the transverse oscillation and the influence of the material loading o n the amplitude are obtained.The simulation results of the vibrating screen basically meet the design requirements,but the amplitude is less than the design amplitude.In this paper,the finite element model of multi-layer linear vibrating screen is establishe d in ANSYS.Through the static analysis of the vibrating screen body,the stress distribution nephogram is obtained,and the stress of the vibrating screen is larger,and the maximum stres s value of the screen body is far less than the allowable stress value.Through the modal analy sis of the vibrating screen,the vibration frequency of the vibrating screen is far away from the resonance frequency,the resonance phenomenon is not produced in the work,the working co ndition is stable,and the deformation of the vibrating screen is not big.In MATLAB,without case of reducing the efficiency,with the lowest output power,but also save energy as the starting point,the objective function is established,several key system parameters of the multi-layer linear vibrating screen is optimized,and the optimization of power consumption per unit time after optimization of vibrating screen production compared to before has obvious the system parameters are decreased,and at a reasonable range.This paper combines the theoretical analysis and simulation analysis,the asphalt mixing station with multi-layer linear vibrating screen as the research object,the influences of various factors on the screening efficiency and production capacity,reliability and life of vibrating sc reen is studied deeply and completely.The research results of this paper provide the basis for t he design and application of the vibrating screen of asphalt mixing equipment.
