| In recent years,the studies of core competitiveness has become a focus in the enterprise strategic management theory,enterprise core competitive ability is considered to be the source of enterprise sustainable competitive advantage.Along with the economy development and economic globalization intensifies,industry competition environment become more and more complex,competition is becoming stronger than before,therefore,how to quickly cultivate and improve the enterprise core competitiveness,has become an important enterprise issue and its management.China Eastern Airlines group company(CEA)as one of China’s three largest state-owned large-scale key aviation enterprise group,on the basis of the original eastern airlines group,merger northwest airlines,China united airlines and Yunnan Airlines,have achieved rapid development in recent years.However,in recent years,under the new historical environment,CEA is facing increasing competition,soaring oil prices,high-speed impact,frequent accident situation,etc.In the face of new competition situation,CEA is only suitable for their own development the core competitiveness,cultivating to foothold in the fierce competition.This study was based on the realistic background,try to study the problems of the CEA core competitiveness cultivation,according to the domestic and international situation for refining the core competition of the CEA market analysis,combined with the actual situation of CEA,explore ways to further improve the core competitiveness of CEA and methods.Through the conclusion of this study can provide reference and reference value for promoting CEA core competitiveness,the related research results for other airlines.This passage can be divided into five parts:Section One-Introduction: Discussed mainly from four aspects,including the topics selection background,the objectives and significance,the current situations of domestics and abroad,the thoughts and methods of research,main contents and frame of paper.Section Two-Main Body: Discussed mainly from four aspects,first is on review of core competitiveness which will provide the entire paper with theoretical basis.Chapter II conducts research on the company’s core competitiveness of CEA,aswell as the competitiveness of its core elements for analysis.Chapter III combines the characteristics of China’s airline industry,as well as the actual development of CEA,to give suggestions on how to build a complete and scientific system of core competencies.The Conclusion Section will make a summary on the entire paper,and give suggestions to CEA even the whole of China airline industry,based on theoretical research and empirical analysis. |
