| With the deepened development of the new normal of China’s economy and the high-quality economic environment,the economy has transfered from high-speed growth to medium-speed,the shortcomings of enterprises have gradually become apparent.Under the environment of innovation-driven economic development,the longterm competitive advantage of an enterprise must have continuous innovation and breakthroughs in the improvement of core capabilities.Since the 1990 s,our country has developed a complete and rich vacuum industrial system,and has the ability to produce almost all vacuum equipment with independent intellectual properties.However,our country’s vacuum companies are still facing competitive advantages and core capabilities limitation.The higher the irreplaceability of the core competence,the more additional value created by the enterprise.As the representative enterprise of vacuum equipment manufacturing industry,KY Company is facing the problem of how to overcome the rigidity of core competence and move forward in a fiercely competitive environment.The thesis deconstructs the three dimensions of core competence based on dynamic capabilities and core competence related theories,and puts forward a theoretical analysis framework for KY company’s core competence improvement from the perspective of dynamic capabilities.Through the description of the development of KY company’s core competence,it accurately reveals the key constraints of KY company’s core competence improvement and the attribution of dilemma,and then it gives the concrete improvement methods on the three core competences of KY company(technological innovation capability,market innovation capability and organizational innovation capability),in the perspective of three dynamic capabilities(perception,learning and integration).The core competence improvement framework based on the dynamic competence perspective certain has reference significance and reference value for our vacuum manufacturing enterprises to form a sustainable competitive advantage. |
