time,traditional resource is limited,new energy has not been widely used.It is particular important to improve the efficiency of utilization,improve the grade of energy,save energy and reduce emission.This article consults a lot of documents and data,put forward that combine beer factory’s high temperature(hot steam,hot water)with cooling system of beer factory together,and analysis the feasible and determine the scheme.Study on heat that beer brewing process were collected and applied to the lithium bromide,waste heat were applied in the refrigeration system of beer factory,and make the compressor use less electric or do not use electric to save energy.Study on how intermittent and unstable heat to adapt to the demand of lithium bromide unit to achieve stable continuous heating requirements,and how to achieve the refrigerant cooling lithium bromide unit continuous cooling requirements,break problems after the transformation of refrigeration system that may encounter,and provide a theoretical basis and practical operation scheme for the transformation of other beer factory refrigeration system.First of all,do research on beer brewing process and wort cooling system,make a detailed understanding of beer brewing process and refrigeration system on the basic of reading a large number of materials,especially wheat,gelatinization,saccharification and other main steps and cold process involved is deeply analyzed,analysis the waste heat characteristic of gelatinization and saccharification.Study on how waste heat drive cold water to promote cold wort cooling system,and put waste heat of gelatinization,saccharification to this system.Secondly,study on application profile and feasible of waste heat in refrigeration system in brewery.Based on the research of refrigeration system in beer factory,waste heat after saccharification by measures to ensure the refrigeration machine operation continuously and reliable and to ensure water supply.Do research and design how hot water adapt to stable thermal requirements,so that it work stable.Waste heat unit how to adapt to the continuous supply of intermittent cold wort cooling.Then,analysis waste heat refrigeration instead of electric refrigeration system,two coupled device needed to adapt intermittent heating and continuous and stable heat.Complete the construction of overall framework of waste heat refrigeration instead of electric refrigeration cooling system of wort.Thirdly,based on the overall framework unit of analysis to determine the structure of the unit,and then design the structure of the unit have been identified based on simulation to determine the unit parameters,on the application of waste heat unit and heat storage,design and research a cold water storage tank.By studying the refrigeration principle of beer factory,waste heat after gelatinization,saccharification instead of beer factory electric refrigeration system.According to the load type lithium bromide absorption chiller,under a certain load,different outdoor temperature calculated heat storage tank and tank volume,tank material,thermal insulation material and thickness,and design suitable unit and heat storage tank,cold storage tank for lithium bromide of refrigeration system in beer factory.Then,simulate and experiment the operation of the lithium bromide unit,heat storage water tank and cold storage water tank of the brewery,through the work above,Install the application device and lithium bromide chiller which are designed into the system,monitor waste heat temperature of gelatinization and saccharification,monitor whether the temperature of the coolant cooling wort meets the requirements or not,observe the operation situation of the device,If it do not meet the requirements of refrigeration system of beer factory,then upgrade it.Finally,do improvement research,economic calculation and promote to improve the lithium bromide unit and the heat storage water tank.At the same time,this scheme can be applied to other similar refrigeration system to achieve energy conservation,reduce emission and reduce costs.For example,food factory,dairy factory,pharmaceutical factory,printing factory.It should be adapted to local conditions for different systems,case by case,refrigeration system that applied in the lithium bromide unit should be waste heat of low grade energy.All in all,The aim is to achieve energy saving and emission reduction through various measures,this is of great significance to reduce the consumption of traditional energy,improve the
