Research On Safety Risk Control Of Railway Signal Based On Centralized Monitoring System

With the rapid development of railway technology,passenger and freight traffic requirements continue to increase,train track interval shrinking,railway system of security requirements of increasingly strictly.The railway signal system plays an important position in the nervous system of the modernization of railway,the importance of self-evident.To ensure the safety and stability of signal system,we must ensure the signal equipment running status,electrical characteristics and data curve of real-time monitoring and analysis,monitoring and use of health.In the present of railway signalling system safety risk control importance of the way to improve the situation,how good the application of centralized monitoring technical characteristics,to achieve signal equipment,monitoring analysis,the full recognition of risk monitoring system to assess and take effective measures to control risk,safety effectively ensure the signal equipment in good running condition,is the main direction of the research.In this paper,through the centralized monitoring and effective technical characteristics,application methods and reasonable management system and the safety risk control framework model,centralized monitoring and comprehensive risk identification,safety assessment analysis of signalling system safety,from centralized monitoring of controlled object,monitoring system and management system and human factors three level hazard event identification,risk analysis and assessment,risk control,expounds the based on centralized monitoring of safety risk control for the study of railway signal system security role.
