With the continuous development of industry,the environment has become increasingly harsh,source of drinking water has also been a lot of pollution,become a scarce resource,Riverside area due to the urbanization and industrial development,resulting in the framework for water,and water ratio configuration changes,industrial,urban and rural domestic water and environmental water proportion increase in the proportion of agricultural irrigation water becomes smaller,improvement of the quality of life so that future water quality and ecological environment water demand of urban and rural life will be more and more big.Riverside current water is the main water supply Riverside area,but with the rapid increase in water supply,Riverside a project in 2013 has been overloaded,water consumption in order to meet increasing demands for further promotion of economic development,the second phase expansion project began in 2013,officially run in December 2015,the scale of 150,000 m3/d.From the beginning of the 1960s,with the improvement of detection technology,and constantly discover new harmful substances,while people on the drinking water quality requirements further enhance the conventional water treatment process has been unable to achieve high-quality water supply.European and American countries first began to study the new technology,and gradually developed activated carbon adsorption technology,ozonation,membrane separation technology,biological pretreatment and other deep processing technology.Conventional water treatment processes are constantly strengthened on the basis of the conventional process of continuous improvement,to enhance the development of an inclined tube sedimentation tank,inclined plate sedimentation tanks,filter flap,V-type filter and other technology.In this paper,two Riverside Water Plant object,mainly on the water purification process design Riverside Water Plant Phase II,the old and new technology for water treatment comprehensive comparison of advanced treatment process,water treatment units are analyzed and studied.Riverside is located in Riverside Crown Hill area of water south of the foot,Four Seasons Boulevard(age Avenue)and Avenue intersection southwest corner of the torch,water intake is located in the Xiaoshan three water intakes upstream of Qiantang River about 1.0km Sanjiangkou waters,located in the Qiantang River Wenjiayan river,the northwest corner of the fenced area Jiabu hole,based on the Riverside water plant raw water quality analysis,excellent quality of raw water,water bodies achieve "surface water environmental quality standard"(GB3838-2002)class III standard.After comparing water quality requirements,it was found to improve primarily the removal of turbidity,iron,manganese,ammonia and organic compounds and other major pollutants.For the removal of microorganisms,disinfection by-products,small organic molecules,the Riverside overall water purification process using the whole process of water purification technology,increased pre-treatment and advanced treatment process.By handling this process,not only to meet the higher requirements for water quality,improve the taste of drinking water,water quality in line with the target,and also avoid raw water excursion impact on water,pollutants,improve water safety to protect the water supply.Through comparative analysis of pretreatment and advanced treatment process,water use Riverside permanganate pre-oxidation process initial processing of organic matter in the raw water before ozonation combined at inhibiting bacteria,plants and animals,as well as secondary oxidation of organic matter by coagulation.Select ozone-BAC depth treatment process,combined with ozonation,activated carbon adsorption and biodegradation three roles,so that organic molecules by ozone oxidation of small organic molecules,so that you can better play the activated carbon adsorption;and Ozone under the activated carbon adsorption,reduction of oxygen,increasing the dissolved oxygen content of the water,so to better growth of microorganisms of activated carbon surface,biofilm formation,and thus degradation of organic compounds in water,enhanced organics removal,stretch activated carbon the use of time.Advection using conventional coagulation sedimentation process,raw water turbidity removal to meet the requirements and are not likely to be affected by the raw water turbidity level;at the same time,the use of a dual media filter flap pool filter type,filter for pollutant retention capacity,long cycle filtration,air and water backwash effect is good.And this has a strong backwash filter capacity,filter does not remain in excessive pollutants,good clarity filter,the water quality of the water is higher than the general quality of the filter.Because quite busy shipping Qiantang River itself,and from the ships and the upstream industrial emissions lead to high risk of contamination.And as the only source of Qiantang River Riverside block,to protect the safety of urban water supply,water source protection areas in addition to strengthening supervision,improve the ecological environment,the water must be set up emergency treatment facilities.Adding potassium permanganate(or permanganate)and powdered activated carbon is an effective means to deal with sudden water pollution incident,when the raw water quality normal and stable,permanganate as a pre-oxidant used in an amount of less than 1mg/L but when the raw water quality worsen,permanganate emergency must increase the use of an amount of up 5-8mg/L;the corresponding powdered activated carbon can be added to the contingency vote 20-50mg/L.Riverside water using two mechanical mixing,conventional processes flap flocculation advection sedimentation tank flap and dual media filter,the depth of treatment using ozone-activated carbon technology to reduce disinfection byproducts before using potassium permanganate and ozone combined pretreatment process,and the use of coagulant strengthen conventional treatment,the effluent plus secondary sodium disinfection process.Process water for turbidity,CODMn,ammonia,iron,manganese removal efficiency were 99.4%/62.2%?92.6%?83.9%?77.2%,and the effluent quality met the "drinking water health standards"(GB5749-2006)requirements.
