This test process is based on the traditional conventional treatment process,combined with the ozone activated carbon treatment and ultrafiltration membrane treatment process,respectively to study"conventional treatment-ultrafiltration membrane treatment","conventional treatment-ozone activated carbon treatment","conventional treatment-ozone activated carbon Treatment-Ultrafiltration membrane treatment"process.The ozone-upflow type carbon filter is used to solve the problems of carbon running at the end of the downflow type carbon filter,residual ozone and sudden pollution of the water source.The ultrafiltration membrane process is used to remove turbidity,particle count and microorganisms,solve the problems of effluent water quality,taste,and biological leakage safety,and can realize direct drinking water.The conventional treatment-ozone-carbon filter-ultrafiltration membrane combined process is adopted to solve the problems of pipe network deterioration,biological leakage,carbon run-off at the end and sudden pollutants.The results of this experiment show that:?1?The average turbidity of the effluent from the"coagulation sedimentation-sand filtration-ultrafiltration"process is 0.071NTU,the number of effluent particles?>2um?is about 64/m L,and the relative removal rate is as high as 96%.The removal of CODMn and ammonia nitrogen by this process mainly depends on the degradation of the surface microorganisms of the sand filter,and the removal effect of the ultrafiltration membrane system is average.The effluent quality indicators of the process fully meet the requirements of the indicators in the"Sanitary Standards for Drinking Water"GB5749-2006.?2?The"coagulation sedimentation-ultrafiltration"process and"coagulation sedimentation-sand filtration-ultrafiltration"have little difference in the removal of turbidity and the number of effluent particles,indicating that the effluent of the ultrafiltration membrane system is stable.However,under the same operating parameters of the two processes,the sand filter in the"coagulation sedimentation-sand filtration-ultrafiltration"process slows down the pollution rate of the ultrafiltration membrane to a certain extent.The membrane pollution rate is low and the membrane flux is low.The decay rate is also relatively small,and the sand filter has a better protective effect on the ultrafiltration membrane.At the same time,in the case of the sand filter,the water production rate of the ultrafiltration membrane is slightly higher,and the energy saving effect of the ultrafiltration membrane system is more obvious.?3?In the process of"conventional treatment-up/down flow charcoal filter-sand filter",the removal rate of CODMnby the upflow charcoal filter is higher than that of the downflow charcoal filter,while the downflow charcoal filter The removal rate of ammonia nitrogen in the tank is slightly higher than that of the upflow type.The test also shows that the head loss of the upflow type carbon filter during operation is significantly lower than that of the downflow type,and the removal effect of micro-organisms is better than that of the downflow type carbon filter.There are many,therefore,in the ozone activated carbon process,the upflow carbon filter pool type is selected.?4?When using the"ozone-upflow carbon filter"process,the amount of ozone added has a significant change in the treatment effect of water quality.When the ozone dosage is0.5mg/L,the ozone activated carbon process has the highest removal efficiency for CODMnand TOC.When the ozone dosage is 0mg/L,the process has the lowest removal efficiency for CODMn,TOC,and UV254.But when the ozone dosage is 0?2mg/L,the removal effect of the process on ammonia nitrogen is not much different.As the dosage of ozone increases,the concentration of residual ozone gradually increases.The comparison shows that when the ozone dosage is 0.5?0.8mg/L,the ozone activated carbon process has a better removal effect on pollutants and reduces the economic cost.?5?In order to achieve a higher standard of water quality and deal with the emergent pollutant problem of Beijiang water source,the conventional treatment process is combined with ozone activated carbon and ultrafiltration membrane,which is the"conventional treatment-ozone activated carbon-ultrafiltration membrane"process.The ozone activated carbon process not only has advanced oxidation capability,but also has the combined functions of adsorption and biodegradation.It can effectively remove organic matter,color,smell and smell substances,etc.,and has a good removal effect on many emerging pollutants.It is currently responding to the emerging North River water source Pollutants and most of the sudden pollutants check the process.However,the effluent of the carbon filter of the ozone activated carbon process has the risk of leaking microorganisms.Therefore,setting an ultrafiltration membrane at the end of the carbon filter to check can effectively improve the biological stability of tap water and further improve the taste of tap water.
