With the emergence of automobile vehicles civilization,"Parking difficulty"phenomenon has clearly become an important inevitable factor of modern civilization and urbanization restrict the development of industrialization.The intelligent parking system can effectively reduce the pressure of "parking difficulty",Easing the contradiction between users' demanding for berthing spaces and the parking berth supplied.The research of intelligent parking scheduling schemes are all based on the angle of parking lots,Ignoring the power of user involvement in intelligent parking scheduling scheme.The paper taking the user expectations and parking parameters as an important reference factor of intelligent parking scheduling,Proposing a parking scheduling scheme which based on linear Optimal allocation strategy algorithm.The parking scheduling scheme algorithm which based on linear Optimal allocation strategy algorithm,regarding the existing intelligent parking system as the supporting point of architecture,the existing intelligent parking solutions are as the scheduling theory,we are developing a new smart parking system platform.The program take user and parking as or the study and scheduling goal,the user desire(start time,duration,scope parking,parking type)and parking parameters(number of parking spaces,the price,the weight,the type of user)are treated as important reference factors of intelligent parking scheduling and the data center are the dispatch center,assigned the user to enter the target parking or around in principle of parking lot to parking close range.This paper introduces the book based on user expectations of the parking spaces technical scheduling scheme,the linear optimal allocation model and implementation strategy are based on the algorithm.Secondly,the system,which is developed to the prototype system basing on user expectations with the Intelligent Parking scheduling application,is designed and developed in terms of the business model of the system architecture of the system model,functional model and linear optimal algorithm,coding structure and realization mode.Finally,Taking the Intelligent Parking scheduling algorithm based on the users desire for instance verification.To further verify the practicality and reliability of the linear optimal allocation strategy algorithm,The paper generate test data with the TestDataBuilder used,to achieve simulation realness of the algorithm,we use MyEclipse10.0 and MATLAB developing Tools.The average utilization rate of user,the target parking profit,the loading balancing parking level and operational efficiency as a metric algorithm,with these metric algorithm,the traditional first come first served allocation algorithm and the proposed allocation algorithm were compared.After a demonstration analysis and simulation results show that:the time complexity of the proposed linear optimal allocation strategy algorithm is in the same order of magnitude of sorting algorithms,with no additional cost happened,The linear optimal allocation strategy allocation algorithm results(average utilization of parking spaces,parking earnings?Operational efficiency?Load balancing)take priority over the existing parking scheduling method-first come first served allocation algorithm,which has certain development prospect and use value.
