With the rapid development of urban modernization recently,urban ground traffic pressure becomes bigger and bigger.The single ground transportation cann’t settle the current situation of urban traffic congestion fundamentally.Thus there is an urgent need to vigorously develop-underground space and take effective measures to deal with the ground traffic problems.When constructing in high water table areas,foundation pit dewatering must be carried out the.Unreasonable dewatering may cause large ground settlement.Especially uneven settlement,which can easily lead to adverse effects on structures on the ground.It is the adverse effects which endanger the safe using of buildings often lead to the tilt of adjacent structures and cracking of underground pipelines or buildings.Based on plenty of previous relevant theories,numerical simulation of construction dewatering of jing-jiu railway which underlies expressway from shang-qiu,to zhou-kou,the main results are as follows:By using finite element analysis software ABAQUS to simulate the process of dewatering of the project which mentioned above.This paper analysed the effect of dewatering rate on the railway embankment.The result shows that:(1)The higher the rate of dewatering during the early stage,the larger the settlement of railway embankment and there is an phenomenon of uneven settlement.So the dewatering rateneed to control the rate to.(2)The railway embankment settlement increases with the falling of water tables in the dewatering process which will cause great harmness to the ra should be controlled within the design requirements during the early dewatering stage ilway embankment if uncontrolled.So it is needed to take appropriate technical measures to reinforce the railway embankment in the dewatering process and ensure the normal operation of the railway.Taking some special reasons may cause dewatering stop suddenly into account,which causes the suddenly increasing of groundwater level,and the decreeasing of effective weight of foundation soil stress,and the increasing of pore water pressure.It will have a huge impact on the box culvert and the railway embankment.In addition this article assumes construction dewatering stopped suddenly and simulates the process of rising groundwater levels.The analysis shows that there will have a greater buoyancy on subgrade soil and box culvert,which causes the railway embankment to rebound,leading to the changing of the internal forces of the box culvert.
