| With the infrastructure of expressway,China has become the country that has the most expressway mileages in the world.However the majority of our expressways are asphalt pavements.And it would cause several of diseases inevitably in the early times.It will not only affect the use of performance and reduce the level of road service,but also cause some traffic safety hazards.Thus,based on the typical early diseases in asphalt pavements,it's necessary to carry out researches of the preventive maintenance of asphalt pavements.This paper firstly summarizes the early stage of the disease in the form of expressway asphalt pavements firstly,and analyzes its causes,and also introduces some common preventive conservation measures at home and abroad.Secondly,based on the deep analysis of China's standard of evaluation method on asphalt pavements,it proposed Asphalt Pavement Preventive Maintenance Performance evaluation methods and standards and put forward to the control indexs which conclude pavement structural strength and ride quality,and Trigger indicators composed by rut depth cracks rate,distress rate and side-way force coefficient.And then,relying on years of road engineering test data,analyze the Grey Theory established asphalt pavement performance decay model,and take a different road performance decay model after preventive maintenance measures.Finally,in the asphalt pavement performance evaluation criteria,based on the establish ment of a decision-making method to determine the method and program for preventive mai ntenance timing of asphalt pavement.While taking advantage of the cost of the present valu e method,taking economic fog seal layer + thin wear layer,fog seal layer + micro-surfacing and wear thin layer three preventive maintenance program to analyze the actual project,an d with no preventive Pavement of conservation measures by comparing the effects of differ ent preventive maintenance measures on road life and economy. |
