Waterproof and adhesive layer is an important part of bridge deck pavement structure,the function of waterproof and adhesive layer is waterproof and bonding.It can improve the comfort of vehicle and prevent the water which from the road surface infiltrating in concrete bridge inside to corrode the reinforced,ensuring the stability of bridge structure.The paper bases on the construction project of Jinghu highway,in Jiangxi province to study the performance of the waterproof and adhesive layer for bridge deck pavement,the mian results are as follows:(1)For SBS modified asphalt and the type of FYT-2 for bridge waterproof coating,both the high temperature stability,low temperature flexibility,anti-pollution ability,bond strength and impermeability accord with requirement of criterion,but the ability to resist the breakthrough of heat aggregate is poor,the salt solution had no effect on the type of FYT-2 for waterproof material,acid and salt solution can destruction the integrity of SBS modified asphalt to some extent.(2)Designing two groups of different orthogonal experimental,under the high temperature of 50?,the positive pressure of 0.7MPa,.carry out interfacial shear-strength test by used shear-strength test machine which designed by our group,obtaining the best combination of concrete slab surface treatment,stone size and spreading amount and asphalt pavement layer for interfacial shear-strength.The power order of this four factors of impact to interfacial shear-strength between layers is surface treatment,gradation of paving layer,amount of crushed stone spreading,crushed stone diameter.(3)Using the best combination of two groups of orthogonal test to be researching,carrying out interfacial shear-strength test with different test temperature(5?,15?,30?,50?)and pressure(0.3MPa,0.5MPa,0.7MPa),and have a detailed analysis on the curve of the interfacial shear failure.The test results show that when the temperature increases,the shear strength of waterproof and adhesive layer will decrease significantly.The increasing pressure will significantly improve the shear strength of layers.The shearing strength between layers of interface groove processing combination is better than that interface roughening treatment.(4)When the temperature is 15?,selecting two differences of positive pressure(0.5MPa,0.7MPa)and four differences of stress levels(0.4,0.5,0.6,0.7),carrying out interlaminar shear fatigue tests of the optimal combination which determined by orthogonal test,then analyze the curve process of the interlaminar shear fatigue test.The results show that,to the same combination,when the pressure is 0.7MPa,the durability of layer is better than 0.5MPa.when the pressure is equal,the durability of layer of interface groove processing is superior to the interface roughening treatment,and the durability of the two combinations also had good when the test conditions are the same.
