The combination of cement concrete bridge deck pavement and the asphalt mixture layer is one of the important factors to affect the bridge deck service life. There are some study about the combination of layers at home and abroad, however , the damage is still quite common . In order to solve this problem effectively, the study involved applying exposed-aggregate cement concrete bridge deck technology .Proposed a new bridge deck construction technology which can prevent shear failure between layers in load.Based on the analysis of indoor tests and the correlative projects, the technical requirements of raw materials and the guideposts of construction quality of Exposed Aggregate Concrete were supplemented, the design of mix proportion was optimized, and the key technology in the process control of bridge deck under the local climate of the west distinct of Inner Mongolia was improved further. This text mainly talks about the experimental investigation of interlaminar shear in the Exposed Aggregate Concrete bridge deck, the interlaminar slip resistance as a evaluating indicator, through the indoor tests , the different pavement layer structures , the kinds and quantities of waterproof , and the different interlaminar processing mode were analyzed , and these factors were connect with the influence of interlaminar slip resistance . At last, the economic benefit of different processing modes of bridge deck was analyzed from the construction cost.Experiment and theoretical analysis shows that: exposed-exposed concrete aggregate which surface texture is rich, including horizontal and vertical textures. It can increase the layer stability substantially, has small temperature sensitivity, improve the inter-layer bonding significantly, achieve the purpose that want to improve the performance and increase the service life of asphalt pavement.
