Wheel Alignment is a special equipment that measures wheel alignment parameters,it is through the establishment of geometric model of wheel toe angle,camber,kingpin inclination,caster,thrust angle,opening angle before steering and wheelbase difference and wheel alignment parameters for testing.So,this paper is focus on the wheel alignment precision,small and easy for use,developing a wheel alignment equipment for testing wheel the angle,camber,kingpin inclination,caster,thrust angle,using micro-computer to achieve small of wheel alignment,and through experiments on different measurement model of wheel alignment for evaluating.The content as follows:(1)It describes the effect of the wheel alignment and the important parameters of wheel parameters contained.It measures the parameters of wheel toe angle,thrust angle,wheelbase difference directly or indirectly through geometric model.Kingpin inclination and caster is through after the wheel turns a specific angle,the sensor reads the change of the position of the wheel in order to calculate the kingpin inclination and caster indirectly.(2)According to the needs of the measured data,the measurement four-wheel selected the sensor and sensor controller(LPC2132),through the LPC2132 realize the control of sensor and signal read,send,etc.In the LPC2132 software USES way,through the interrupt call each subroutine realized receives the command,drive sensor,read,and send out a command,and other functions.(3)Use as a four-wheel SEP4020 total controller.Its role is to do the control of sensor controller,by indirect measurement of some vegetation data operation and processing,and drive display screen and touch panel realize human-machine exchange.In SEP4020 uCOSII implanted in the operating system,through the priority completes display,reading of the data,data processing and other task scheduler.(4)Use experimental device completion of the dip Angle sensor calibration,make the four-wheel the accuracy of measurement need to meet.Since it is a microprocessor and a lot of integrated circuits,make four-wheel realized the purpose of miniaturization.The user can hold four-wheel controller,realize the side wheels that attitude adjustment while the purpose of measurement results.
