Research Of Historic District Business Organization And Optimization On Space Syntax

The protection of the historic districts has always been the high frequency research in architecture and planning area,and the great majority of the research focus on the protection skills,the historic areas conservation plan and urban design,the domestic theory development about historic area conservation and upgrading is gradually maturing.but the problem still exist such as the widespread loss of the historical block,and After historic district renewal,it is lack of energy etc,how to make the development together with the city located,and interact with other areas of the city as function,population,capital,information and energy to a certain degree,it is an urgent issue.How to keep block texture and spatial characteristics of historical area,and realize its functional upgrading,it is an important topic about Solving the problem of the historic development.This article introduced the theory of the space syntax,started with the spatial construction of the historic district,to establish the visualization analysis model and the quantitative analysis of spatial properties.This study applies space syntax that makes statistical analysis on the spatial accessibility and the identifiability of the attribute data from domestic typical cases about using different ways to update the historical block,and combining with the field survey data to find out historical block update spatial accessibility,identification and rules about business layout,thus guiding the historic district renewal scheme business organization and optimization by using the law.Taking the selection of Chengdu Kuan and Zhai Alley’ s "restoration as the past,reservation as a unit”,the north of Shanghai Xintiandi’ s“reservation of skinning texture,combination of the young and old",WuhanTiandi’ s "reservation of single building,promoting innovation " as example,it analysis of the spatial structure of accessibility and spatial properties characteristics of identification.Compared with the actual survey data,it studied the basic relation and the influence factors of accidental situation of its spatial properties,commercial industry,the distribution of the formats and commercial development in the form of business organization aspects.Apply different business format,the space characteristics of industry,and by adjusting the business format,industry layout and the combination etc,And to estimate and optimize the project of Hualongchi and organic sheds’ transformation of Pagoda in ChangSha,improving the maneuverability to have historical district renovated.This study builds the quantitative analysis method of historical block business organization optimization by studying the spatial accessibility,identification and rules about business layout.
