Research On The Space Reconstruction Of History Recreational Business District

With the arrival of the era of experience economy,the concept of leisure consumption has changed obviously.The construction of Recreation Business District(hereinafter referred to as RBD),has sprung up in large and medium-sized cities in China.However,the concept of "Same Imagine of the Cities" ignores the role of inherits the city arrangement of a piece of writing in the construction of recreational business district.This paper based on the case of the reconstruction of the old city in the historical district of Fuzhou and combining with the academic analysis of the types of recreation business district at home and abroad.The concept of the history recreational business district is put forward.The author believes that the historical district has become the main object of promoting the competitiveness of the city,displaying the cultural characteristics of the city and creating the cultural atmosphere of the city because of its recreation value,cultural value,emotional value,economic value and aesthetic value.While paying attention to the commercial function or economic benefit,we should also take into account the relationship between the protection of the material cultural heritage and the intangible cultural heritage and the cultural inheritance in the historical district.Therefore,from the perspective of tourists’ perception,the author hopes to construct the recreational business district of historical block,which can not only meet the recreation needs of contemporary urban residents and foreign tourists,but also make it become the carrier of urban culture.In this paper,the related concepts and research status of recreation business district domestic and foreign are analyzed in detail,and the types and values of cultural resources at the Shangxiahang historical district in Fuzhou are summarized and analyzed.On this basis,the author through a questionnaire survey to measure the recreational people’s perception of the construction of Shangxiahang historical district RBD evaluation,and the use of content analysis,factor analysis and other methods to construct the index system of perceived experience evaluation of tourists’ perception.The evaluation index includes the pleasure degree and the integration degree of the recreational person in the comprehensive evaluation layer.In the project layer,the destination welcome degree,the district management,the historical and culturalatmosphere,and the richness of the primer,and the 16 specific indicators of the factor layer.Finally,under the guidance of experiential economy theory,cultural reproduction theory and space production theory,combined with the cultural resources of Shangxiahang historical district in Fuzhou,the recreational business district of historical block in Shangxiahang historical district is constructed from the perspective of tourists’ perception.From the perspective of tourists’ perception,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for the study of the reconstruction of historical street RBD space from the origin of restoration,the line of restoration,the "four in one" of the embodiment and the construction body.
