The historical and cultural villages bearing rich historical and cultural information and reflecting the progress of civilization is a“living fossil”and“museum”for country village,culture and natural heritage.Hunan province,a large province abundant in historical and cultural resources,still remains many ancient villages with deep humanistic connotations and higher historical and culture value so far.However,the rapid progress of urbanization and new rural construction in recent years makes a lot of ancient villages with unique artistic value,cultural value and scientific value being decline and disappearance.To protect the cultural and historical villages is of urgency.Gaoyi being a famous historical and cultural village in Huitong county is the first batch of historical and cultural villages and traditional villages in China,has very profound culture deposits and high historical and cultural value honored as "the first village in jiangnan region",and is a typical representative of the historical and cultural village in Hunan province.This thesis had a comprehensive analysis of the current protection and existing problems about historical and cultural villages in Hunan province,selected Gaoyi village as an example based on problem orientation to present the ancient village' historical evolution,historical and cultural value and features as well as current preservation for historical and cultural heritage and has an overall system planning in the protection and development of the ancient village,including delimiting the scope of protection in different levels,definite protection requirements and control measures;a guidance in replacement of living function about ancient villages and construction the new country in scientific ways;improvement in infrastructure and other living environment such as traffic and water supply;arrangement hierarchical protection,renovation and update about the construction;strengthening the protection of intangible cultural heritage;putting forward guideline and opinions for treatment of the key sections and nodes;presenting intangible cultural heritage protection method and clear-cut display space;reasonable arrangements about tourism service ' s reception facilities and guidance villagers to carry out the business operation in order means.By reasonable utilization of the historical and cultural resources of the ancient village,it can be given more economic function in addition to the living function;by transformation of internal structure and construction of infrastructure about historical building,the villager's quality of life can be improved and the ancient village will“live”in the wave of urbanization and modernization.On this basis,the author summed up the framework or protection and development of the historical and cultural villages in Hunan province to construct livable ancient villages for the indigenous people generation after generation!...
