The existing research on famous historical and cultural villages in China has the problem of dual imbalance between region and discipline.There are few research achievements on ground property and microcosmic.At present,the protection of famous historic and cultural villages and the construction of new rural areas are at the crossroads of rapid development.As China is a vast territory,there is an urgent need for targeted protection and renewal strategies for famous villages of different regions and attributes.Liaoshen region has early history and unique national and regional characteristics,but local historical and cultural villages and towns are rarely concerned in the existing domestic research system.The buildings in historic villages bear important historical and cultural information and are also the core elements of historic and cultural villages.The design around the tangible physical space of buildings is an important link in the construction of famous villages.This paper selects a famous historical and cultural village of yubin tower in xinmin city,and takes its buildings as the main research object(the buildings in this paper mainly include various monomers of historical value and nature of yubin tower village and their surrounding environment).Through detailed site investigation and collection and collation of existing literature,the important historical events,places and characters of binta village in liao dynasty were excavated to list their different roles in the long history.Comb construction present situation,according to the historical value,save situation carries on the classification,according to liao marina tower village,namely as a historic and cultural village,at the same time as the general double attribute of the residential village,summed up the main problem is the historical and cultural blanking,put forward the development strategy of historical and cultural hing village,illustrates the different categories under the strategy of building the protection and update strategy,and the corresponding design results expression.
