Preservation and energy efficiency of refrigerator have been considered as primarily by consumer in purchasing the refrigerator. Refrigerator with inverter has good market prospects, because of its wonderful temperature control effect and operation efficiency. Therefore , study on control strategy of refrigerator is very meaningful.Refrigerator with fixed frequency goes against the food preservation, because of its great temperature variation,and refrigerator with fixed frequency has some disadvantages of high noisy and high energy consumption. In addition, the temperature control system of refrigerator is very complicated, and temperature variation is usually nonlinear, time-varying and hysteresis. Therefore, the paper used the way of fuzzy control to study the control strategy of refrigerator with inverter. The main jobs of this paper are as follows:(1)The working cycle and thermal performance of refrigerating compressor has been analyzed, and the relationship between cooling capacity, shaft power, COP of refrigerating compressor with inverter and its running condition has been obtained according to the experiment .(2)The paper introduced mathematical model of refrigeration system, identified physical meaning of its various parameters, and then analyzed working principle of compression refrigeration system.(3)In order to test performance index of refrigerator, an environmental laboratory of testing refrigerator has been built and then software and hardware design about environmental laboratory has been designed.(4)Temperature fuzzy control strategy of refrigerator with inverter has been designed, then it was tested and verified in the environmental laboratory of testing refrigerator.
