Because the development of industrial vehicles and special purpose vehicle,that people propose some higher requirements on the load capacity and anti binding ability of the tire.And inflatable tires have been difficult to solve this problem,so the simple structure,good load capacity and wear resistance,the convenient use and maintenance and many other advantages of solid tires are so obvious that to made solid tires are widely used in military vehicles,engineering vehicles,and other special vehicles.In this paper,the existing mode of production of solid tire are summarized,and detailed analysis of the molding,winding,the centrifugal casting method and the existing injection molding method in the production of solid tire of their respective advantages and disadvantages,then first developed a device based on retreading injection molding for the solid tire on the existing injection molding method.This paper design a comprehensive study on the injection device,the main results are as follows:1 This will be the first time to use one step injection technology for solid tire retreading injection molding on production.The direct injection to tire with reclaimed rubber will solve the problem of the traditional solid tire production supplies,simplify the production process,reduce the solid tire production cost and improve the production quality of the solid tire.2.The design reference the working principle of Clamping Unit and the electric lock mode about electric screw tire vulcanizing machine,designed the type locking device for tyres to prevent the deformation of tyre because of high injection pressure in the injection process,which provides the pledge to produce the acceptable solid tire with the injection molding technology.3.The design of pouring system for the tire mold in this paper is the first attempt in China,as well as considering the exhaust problem in injection,the cleaning question after injection,the lifting and unloading problem about the finished tire.4.Using the finite element analysis software simulated the stress condition of the outer tyre when it's injected by rubber material,and predicted the safe injection pressure when the tire is injected.5.During the design procedure,the traditional design,3D parametric design and 3D dynamic simulation are combined.It reflects the modern design idea,and at the same time verifies the rationality of the structure,reduces the cost of production and design of the physical prototype,as so as shorten the production cycle.In summary,this design overcomes many disadvantages of the existing production technique for solid tire,to adapt the development of tire industry,this equipment designed in line with the social requirements of green production,has great advantages and application prospects.
