Electric Control Design Of The New Energy Metal Film Capacitor Winding Machine

The new energy film capacitor winding machine is a highly precised,fully automated mechanical and electrical equipment,which is the core equipment in the production of new energy and metal film capacitors.At present,among all such equipment used globally,equipment produced by European countries and Japan are of the highest precision.As the technology is blocked by other countries,it is difficult for domestic enterprises to buy highly precised and highly reliable winding machines,so their use of this equipment is mainly dependent on the import and domestic production in Taiwan.Development of such equipment can be a breakthrough in technology blockade overseas against China,enhancing the market position of Chinese enterprises in the new energy sector in the world.As the core equipment in the production of new energy,advanced electric control is the key technical difficulty,and the winding electrical control performance directly determines the quality of the product.Therefore,the electronic control of the equipment is studied and analyzed in this thesis,mainly including the following points.1.Establishing the mathematical model of tension control system,discussing the traditional PID tension control method and integral separation PID control algorithm method and analyzing of tension during the winding process how to achieve the optimal value and its control method.2.Analyzing the processing characteristics of winding products according to the requirements of the tension control system as well as designing the speed control curve of the winding machineand the relevant procedures to achieve speed curve control.3.Introducing the realization of the tension control system and speed control needs of the various executive components.4.Designing of the hardware of the control system of the new energy film capacitor winding machine,includingthe line safety design and the man-machine interface.The research in this paper mainly obtains from the work practice and the theory study,so it has its certain reference value to the development and design of the new energy film capacitor winding machine.
