| In the thermal power unit system device,water storage tank regulator is installed on the pipeline between water storage tank and the condenser, its main purpose is when the water storage tank water level exceeds preset values,to the condenser water drainage to prevent overflow, and it is mainly used in boiler water, cleaning and boiler start-up stage. Regulating characteristics of regulating valve is the important factors to determine the regulator under various operating conditions on the safe operation.In the dissertation,using theoretical calculation, ANSYS CFX software to analyze the flow characteristic of fluid and the flow resistance test method, the plunger type line is verified to be reasonable. At the same time, the intensity of pressure directly affects the safe operation of the whole system of power plant,through the theoretical calculation and ANSYS stress intensity analysis of the research method of combining pressure strength meet the requirements of plant parameters. |
