| According to the data from the National Bureau of Statistics,the total crop straw is nearly 800 million tons a year in China,which is one of the highest total countries in the world.Because of the low utilization ratio of straw,the resource is wasted.Thus,gathering straw bale by means of binding machine is an important means of improving the utilization ratio of straw.Based on the research object,the small square baler of D-bale,the D-bale 3D model was obtained using the reverse reconstruction techniques.Dynamics is based on ADAMS software,and the motion simulation is carried out to get the motion characteristics and temporal relations of each branch in the process of knotting.The design of D-bale test bench includes mechanical structure and control system.The research in this paper has profound significance on promoting the localization of the bale.The specific research contents are as follows:(1)In this paper,using the German company Gesellschaft fur Optische Messtechnik ATOS scanner scans the model,for not contacting the scanning process,the model is stitched and patched after scanning,eventually obtaining 3D solid model of the bale.Playing bale after analyzing the working principle,learn the D-bale drive gear with the rope-hoiling motion and the rope-bitting hook motion and the rope-cutting motion relative movement.(2)Simulation and test set principal axis speeds of 80,90 and 100 r/min,take 90 r/min speed analysis,other rotational motion is similar to it.The rope-hoiling motion in the simulation exercise duration is approximately 0.15 s.The rope-bitting motion in the simulation exercise duration is 0.02-0.14 s.The rope-cutting motion in the simulation exercise duration is 0.13-0.38 s.The rope-bitting motion in the test exercise duration is 0.33-0.48 s,angular speed began to increase rapidly,began to decline after reaching the maximum angular velocity 180 rad/s.The rope-bitting motion in the test exercise duration is 0.37-0.48 s,at the end of the drive gear plate while turning to the0.48 s mesh,and with a maximum angular velocity produced by 160 rad/s.The rope-cutting motion in the test exercise duration is 0.42-0.59 s,at this point a complete knot action completed successfully.(3)In this paper,including the mechanical and test section for the D-bale test.Test bench in working process,computer test software used in conjunction with the test benchfor Lab VIEW.It not only can test various parameters of the test bench in operation,but also through the converter can be used to adjust speed and steering the bale,to collect real-time data display and storage,it has a nice interface which can be operated simply.Finally,the experimental data and simulation data were compared and analyzed,found within the margin of error of 10%.The small errors not only verify the correctness of the model simulation,can verify the test reliability and validity of data acquisition,also proves the rationality of the test bench design and installation.The research to the development and improvement of our knotter equipment,provides better data support and theoretical basis. |
