Analysis And Discussion On The Construction Scheme Of 220 KV Maritime Standard Distribution Type Intelligent Transformer Substation

In recent years,State Grid Corporation of China has vigorously promoted intelligent transformer substations,and has formulated systematically complete specifications.The mainstream manufactures in China also follow the technical development direction and launch new products successively.As a result,the technologies of intelligent transformer substations develop rapidly,and their connotations are enriched constantly.However,conventional intelligent transformer substations have the defects of long onsite debugging circle and large occupied area etc.Based on such problems of intelligent transformer substations,State Grid Corporation of China put forward the suggestion of trying new standard distribution type transformer substations,and requested following the coordinating and unifying principles of “safety,applicability,universality and economical efficiency” to carry out pilot construction of the new intelligent transformer substation,i.e.,standard distribution type transformer substations.The 220 KV maritime transformer substation is a pilot project of the first batch of 220 KV standard distribution type transformer substations of State Grid Corporation of China in Jiangsu Province.This project is constructed by adhering the thought of two types and one normalization(resource-saving,environmental-friendly and industrialized)as well as standard distribution and intelligent construction,and following the starting point of professional integration and technical convergence,striving for achieving the goal of “standard design,processing in factories and fabricated construction”.This paper analyzed and studied the construction of new intelligent transformer substation based on the construction scheme of 220 KV maritime standard distribution type intelligent transformer substation.Firstly,the characteristics,technical features and main technology applications of the standard distribution type intelligent transformer substation were analyzed,the system architecture,equipment,network and the concept of modularized construction of standard distribution type intelligent transformer substation were expounded,and the working principles and advantages of electronic transformer,intelligent terminal,IEC61850 as well as combination unit of prefabricated cabin and other new technologies were briefed.Secondly,study was carried out on the construction scheme of 220 KV maritime standard distribution type intelligent transformer substation.The scheme of the secondary system of the transformer substation and the selection of the equipment for the transformer substation were expounded.Finally,through evaluation on construction effect as well as analysis on the problems,some suggestions and advices were offered for continuous improvement of the technology applied to standard distribution type intelligent transformer substation as well as operation and maintenance work after putting in use,hoping to offer some reference and guidance for promotion and application of standard distribution type intelligent transformer substations.
