The work of grid diagnosis supports power grid's scientific development.To do this diagnosis work,on the one hand,can find the grid's weakness and the hidden dangers in the actual operation of power grid through data analysis,so people can adjust the operation mode and the focus of monitoring to make the grid work safely and stably.On the other hand,through the analysis of growth expectations of electricity and the adaptability of power grid construction scale and the region economy,decision makers can arrange more reasonable investment plans.To carry out the municipal power grid diagnosis and evaluation not only complements the lack of the research of municipal power grid diagnosis system,knowing the orientation of municipal power grid's development,but also intuitive reflects the advantages and disadvantages between departments through the vertical and horizontal comparison between prefectures.It powerfully promotes the scientific development of power grids and enterprises.Firstly,this paper studied the significance of municipal power grid diagnosis,summarized the emphasis of the research at home and abroad,sorted out subject research thinking and technical route.Secondly,through deep research of sample province and its cities,this paper studied the characteristics and tendency of the development of the power grid,knowing the emphasis of municipal power grid's operation.Thirdly,this paper discussed the applicability of the existing index system at the provincial level from the angle of the municipal power grid,combined with the characteristics of municipal power grid itself,setted up the principles and the framework of the index system,then gave a series of detailed alternative indicators,on one hand,make a rough reduction and correlation analysis of those alternative indicators,on other hand,make a expert meeting discussion,so we can construct a diagnosis system,which covers the development speed and scale of the network,the development coordination of the power grid,the safety and quality,the development efficiency and the economic efficiency,those five aspects.After all,this paper determining weights by a sort of differential integration weighting methods,through empirical analysis of the five cities samples,prove its validity,and make comprehensive evaluation of the five cities,review the gap between the five cities'overall level and the standard value.The index system constructed in this paper made some contribution for the grid to arranging investment plan,exploring operational problems and potential risks,promoting scientific development of the power grid.This paper introduced some developmental index,considered the problems of lagre scal of the electrical vehicle and distributed energy access to grid in future.At the same time,this paper examined wether all level power grid are matching each other through the coordination index,which previous studies haven't done.
