| A large number of worn out parts pwill be eliminated and abandoned every year in engineering machinery industry,the company can recycling the lworn out parts by remanufacturing,it will save huge cost of production for the company,and also get good environmental benefits.Although the company has carry out remanufacturing business for many years,the remanufacturing system is deficient,and the technological strength is weak.This paper based on the above background,in combination with the related research domestic and overseas,cooperating with the factory,explored the construction of the remanufacturing system,and researched the remanufacturing technology and process of the hydraulic parts.The main reserch results are as follows:The remanufacture system of the company was constructed.In combination with the practical situation of the construction machinery industry,analyzed of the necessity to carry out the remanufacture-ng business,put forward the specific planning in aspects of organizational structure,plant,facilities,reverse logistics system and remanufacturing system.The key technology of hydraulic parts remanufacturing were summarized and analyzed.According to the standard remanufacturing process,analyzed the key technology adopt in disassembling,cleaning,testing,repair processing of the hydraulic parts remanufacturing,and formulated the process flow diagram of hydraulic parts remanufacturing.Take current-enlarging valve and hydraulic cylinder of the certain type of loading machine of the company as an exemple,constituted the entire remanufecturing technological process.Designed the main processes such as judgment of recycling,disassembleing,cleaning,remanufature and so on,verify the performance level and quality of the remanufacturing hydraulic components is more reliable than the new one by factory test.This research results provide a typical example for engineering machinery remanufacturing business development. |
