The environmental protection storm makes the government pay more attention to protecting environment.As a pillar force of national economy such as transportation and water conservancy,construction machinery is also one of the main sources of environmental pollution,which is facing very severe challenges.It has been more than ten years since the sales peak of construction machinery in 2008,and a large number of equipment have reached their life cycle.If they are scrapped directly,it will undoubtedly be a heavier burden for the ecology,society and environment.As an effective way of sustainable development,remanufacturing has great effects on saving material,energy and protecting environment.At the same time,waste construction machinery can provides sufficient raw materials for the successful implementation of remanufacturing.Based on the above background,this thesis summarizes and analyses the research status in the field of construction machinery remanufacturing,and studies the problems related to the return forecast and network design.The main research work are as follows:Firstly,aiming at the current problems in the field of construction machinery remanufacturing,such as lack of recycling prediction research and data,the combined model of GM(1,1)and ARIMA is selected to predict the recycling amount of waste construction machinery by referring to the prediction models of automobile,electronics and other fields,and the tower crane is taken as an example to verify the effectiveness of the model.The results show that the prediction accuracy of the combined model is better than that of GM(1,1)model and ARIMA model,and it can effectively avoid the shortcomings of the single model;Secondly,on the basis of qualitative analysis of recycling model,the Stackelberg game model is used to carry out quantitative research,and a bi-level programming model of the maximum profit of each participant,which is dominated by the manufacturer,is established.The optimal equilibrium solution of the parameters is deduced when the manufacturer's profit is maximum,and the influence of relevant parameters on the decision-making of the recycling mode is discussed.Based on characteristics of construction machinery remanufacturing,this thesis chooses to study the remanufacturing recycling network in DT,and establish a bi-objective SMINLP model considering uncertainties to minimize the investment cost of the participants,and use the weight method to transform the objective function,and the effectiveness of the model is verified by an example.The experimental results show that the location of recycling facilities and the distribution of material flow are affected by the weight coefficient in a certain degree;Finally,based on Delphi7 platform,has realized visual interface of the recycling forecast and network design,through the implementation of function module,basically realized making decision by a computer,avoid solving affected by the subjective experience of management personnel,save information processing time effectively for the enterprise,and provides a more convenient tool for enterprise management personnel to carry out the business process.
