Because of the advantages of environmental protection,convenience and so on,E-bike has been loved by more and more people.As the control strategy of permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM)combination,the control performance of the system,directly affect people riding,so it has important practical significance to research the permanent magnet synchronous motor control technology.In this paper,according to the mathematical model of the surface mounted PMSM,the principle of the field oriented control(FOC)and space vector pulse width modulation(SVPWM)is analyzed,and the current control scheme of ID is determined.In order to solve the problem that the traditional phase advance angle adjustment method is not suitable and the range of adjustment is not wide,the traditional phase advance angle adjustment method is improved,research on an improved method of phase advance angle adjustment.In this method,the rotor angle is used instead of the traditional hall signal,eliminates the connection with external hardware,the applicability of this method to different motors is extended.In addition,aiming at the problem of the estimation error in the process of acceleration and deceleration of the zero order and first order estimation method,a mixed estimation method based on first order estimation and kalman filter is studied;the aim is to improve the precision of rotor position estimation in the process of acceleration and deceleration.The algorithm uses the prediction function of kalman filtering algorithm,the results of the first order estimation method are used as the predictive value,combined with the measured values of the current state of the system,and the optimal estimate of the rotor position is obtained.In order to improve the anti-interference performance of the electric bicycle,based on the analysis of the shortcomings of the traditional PI regulator,the application of fuzzy PI parameter self-tuning regulator in the speed loop control of electric bicycle is studied,in order to achieve the optimal parameter setting of PI.In order to reduce the computation of the system,the query table of PI regulation is calculated off-line,according to the fuzzy value of the input quantity,the quantity of the corresponding is directly queried,to realization of the speed loop PI parameters online self-tuning and the simulation is carried out in MATLAB.In this paper,the test of PMSM and hardware platform based on STM32F103 CB are built,and the software program is written,the mixed estimation method,the improved phase advance angle adjustment and fuzzy PI parameter self-tuning function is verified by experiments,the experimental results demonstrate the effectiveness of the three methods.
