With the progress of the society,people's living standards are substantially improved and the pace of rural construction is also increasingly accelerated.As the increasingly rise of the load of the rural power network,rural distribution network is one of the crucial part of the electrical power system,whose power supply quality directly affect the electricity consumer's usage.On one hand,the rural mechanized production attributes to the seasonal electricity consumption.On the other hand,because of the policy of home appliances going to the countryside,the home appliances largely enters the average household,which leads to the growth rate of the electricity load outweigh the rate of the renovation of the infrastructure of the rural power network.In addition,the long power line and line loss and the like result in the decline of user's voltage quality and low voltage.Therefore,the key to solve the problem of low voltage is the improvement of voltage reactive power control.Focusing on this problem,this essay consult relevant reference to further study the causes of low voltage in the rural distribution network and analyze as well as elaborate the basic theory of voltage reactive power control.The analysis will focus on the way of present voltage reactive power control and its theoretical effect.The traditional voltage reactive power control use the independent control,which can not make the best use of the sources of zone area level,circuit level and Substation level.Even when the low voltage happens,circuit level and Substation level can not make the adjustment to control timely.In terms of the problem of low voltage,the easy puts forward a new control theory hierarchical control.based on the basic structure of hierarchical control and the control principle,the facilities of zone area level,circuit level and Substation level can be classified according to unit controller level,organizing and coordinating level and central commanding level.And the humanoid intelligent control principle is to be adopted to divide the state space,to design the feature model,as well as to control mode and rule base to realize three-cascade adjustment.This way is not only of high flexibility,but also good for the structure design and the program design.Through MATLAB to make the graphic modeling,the coordinated control of three classes simulation model of the rural distribution network can be built.Based on monitoring the real time data and data of voltage reactive power data of the points of the line load,the regulation target of the equipment can be optimized.Finally,there is the adjustment of the equipment of different levels.This way can guarantee the stability and reliability of power supply.The result of the stimulation model shows that,hierarchical controlling coordinated control of three classes can effectively lower the loss and boost the economic benefit.
