In Power system, it can effectively improve the voltage and decrease the real power loss that coordinated control the transformer tap and the compensatory capacitor of the region network. The voltage and reactive power control makes the running of the systems more safe and stable and economical. This article has discussed the system structure and the control strategy of the voltage and reactive power coordinated control system.In this article, structure of layering and distributing is introduced and the coordinated control system consists of the supervisory level, the substation control level and field control level. The real-time control strategy is created by coordination of the supervisory level and the substation control level; the supervisory level creates the optimal control strategy. The region network is divided into some relatively uncoupled zones, and the zones cooperate with each other to accomplish the voltage and reactive power emendation. The system introduces the preventive control that executes the emendation before the voltage violations, and it can increase the voltage security margin. An instance indicates that the coordinated control system can increase the margin of appropriate voltage in the 10KV bus, make the reactive power flow rational and decrease the loss of the network through the reasonable actions of its.
