Along with the rapid increase of China's auto sales,followed by the rapid growth of oil consumption and the deterioration of environmental pollution,the new technology of automobile engine energy saving and emission reduction is imperative.The turbo charger can improve the engine power performance,reduce fuel consumption and improve engine exhaust emissions by using the engine exhaust gas energy.Therefore,the turbo charging technology is widely used in various factories.This paper will be based on the 4G63 gasoline engine to carry out the study of the subject of the turbo matching,which mainly includes the following parts:First,according to the technical parameters of 4G63 gasoline engine,according to the expected power performance and economic performance index parameters,the relevant parameters are calculated from the theory.Secondly,according to the characteristics of the turbocharged engine,the reference of the gasoline engine may have some adverse effects,the local optimization of the 4G63 engine.Third,the velocity,temperature,pressure and flow chart of the traditional cold exchanger were studied by numerical simulation,and the main factors affecting the cooling performance and the flow performance of the cold exchanger were obtained.The structure of the traditional cold exchanger is optimized,and the mumerical simulation analysis is carried out,and the optimized cooling device is obtained.Last,the bench test verification of the modified turbocharged engine,he basic calibration data and performance parameters of the booster are obtained,and the performance comparison of the 4G63 with the natural air breathing engine is carried out.Based on the research of the 4G63 gasoline engine turbocharger design,this paper designs a new product to increase the engine power and output power,improve the economy,save energy,and improve the market competitiveness.
