At present,80% of the practical application of the control technology is PID Technology.The disturbance rejection control technology is based on the improvement of the PID control technology,but far beyond the PID technology,the adaptability and intelligence of the control function make it have wide application prospect.The method does not depend on the object model,and integrates the internal and external disturbances in the controlled object into the unknown disturbance.The extended state observer(ESO)is used to estimate the whole system in real time,and the nonlinear characteristic is used to improve the robustness of the system.ADRC has been successfully applied in some practical problems,such as motor control,robot control,flight control and so on.In this paper,based on the active disturbance rejection controller(ADRC),the simulation results show that the active disturbance rejection control technique has good control performance in the vibration control of building structures.The main work and research contents of this paper are as follows:(1)This paper analyzes the shortcomings of the traditional PID control method firstly,and then introduces the ADRC algorithm,component modules and the function of each module;In the control process,sort out the various ADRC module for structural vibration control,and through theoretical analysis and derivation of multivariable decoupling of the ADRC,ADRC is applied to prove the feasibility of structural system of multi degrees of freedom,making a theoretical support to the numerical simulation of multilayer frame structure simulation.Taking the structuralvibration equation as the breakthrough point,this paper focuses on the tracking and estimation process of the core module ESO of the active disturbance rejection controller(ADRC).(2)difficult problems of regulation,according to the "separation" principle of controller design,this paper use the adaptive genetic algorithm to optimize the parameters of each module.On the basis of the parameters of the adjustment,the seismic wave of three storey steel frame structure is simulated.The simulation results show that the controller has good control performance for the structural vibration system without considering the control energy consumption.When the vibration displacement and the input of the control force are considered,the parameters optimized by the genetic algorithm can not guarantee the best.But the ADRC technology only need displacement information feedback in the application of control,its simple application,the characteristics of uncertain factors and disturbance rejection characteristics do not depend on the accurate mathematical model which make it have wider application prospects.(3)In this paper,the auto disturbance rejection controller is designed by combining the dynamic analysis of ANSYS with the powerful calculation function of MAILAB,and give full play to the advantages of the two software.This paper uses ADRC control algorithm for the active control of multilayer frame structure model,established a series of multi degree of freedom system under no control,nonlinear PID control and simulation model of immunity control,and simulate the seismic response and control effect of multilayer frame structures at the same time.Through the Orgin software for image processing,it can be clearly seen that the ADRC control algorithm and the NLPID control algorithm have obvious control effect after the optimization of the genetic algorithm.It is proved that the ADRC control algorithm has excellent effect on the seismic resistance of the building structure.The results show that it is feasible to apply the auto-disturbance rejection control technology to the vibration control of the building structure in consideration of the nonlinearity of the structure,and can achieve better control effect;MATLAB and ANSYS can transfer data in parallel,which can be combined to extend the scope of application of ANSYS and complete the structure of ADRC controlsimulation.Therefore,the ADRC control strategy can be applied in the field of structural vibration control.
