In the world,the pressure of energy shortage and environmental pollution makes electric vehicle develop rapidly.The electric car has potential in the whole word and becomes the important development direction of auto industry in the 21 st century.The research mainly focuses on the energy analysis technology,electric signal high-speed data acquisition technology,vehicle running parameters detecting technology and so on.It is necessary to analyze the performance of the car.The performance of the car is reflected through the data,so the test data collection is very important.At the same time,it is also necessary to control experimental subjects and form a complete test platform.Therefore,it is significant to develop a complete set of test platform and high-speed data acquisition system for the test of electric vehicle running parameters detection.Battery-motor drive is the commonly used system in the electric equipment.In order to make it convenient to collect and analyze data of this system,it is necessary to build a complete test platform.The test platform mainly includes the motor drive and a data acquisition system.In order to make the battery-drive-motor run normally,at first,we design and make motor-control drive.The drive mainly consists of power supply module,main controller module,bridge driver module,inverter module and so on.At the same time,it is also necessary to design software control procedures according to motor running scene.Then we accomplish the establishment to make it convenient for data acquisition module to collect and store data.For the analysis of the system working status,it is necessary to collect data with high speed according to transient current and the transient voltage signal of multiple points in the system.This kind of current signal and voltage signal collection needs high-speed A/D conversion system.At the same time,it requires that multichannel data acquisition system has a good synchronization to complete each battery system measurement and other functions.Through the sensor module and the control circuit,data acquisition system collects,filters and enlarges voltage and current signal.Through high-speed A/D converter,it is converted into digital signals.We use FPGA digital to deal with digital filtering to store the digital signal in the SD card.According to the system requirements,it is completion of PCB production after designing circuit principle diagram.We need to weld and debug each module circuit.If there is no mistake,we can test and analyze it.The test results are:1.hall sensor response time is less than 2 ns.It can satisfy the current signal acquisition of the high frequency component;2.The output signal is stable in the process of motor running;3.High-speed data acquisition system has high sampling frequency.The highest sampling rate is 20 megabits per second;4.The clock signals at each sampling point are the same.And they meet the requirements of the multi-point synchronous test;5.The test proves that the system has high stability,high anti-interference.And it fully satisfy the system requirements.
