| In most cases,the Car drives on the surface of the road.The road is less insentive and the vehicle is well suited.When traveling in some special conditions,such as bumps,pits,drum bag,buffer zones on the road,although the action of the time is short,the vehicle receives a great impact and exhibit complex vibration response.This will have a greater impact on the drivers,passengers and goods,so the research of typical impact under the condition of the vehicle ride comfort has an important significance.On the basis of a certain type of SUV,I used ADAMS/CAR to build a vehicle model for simulation analysis,which contains random pavement simulation analysis and trigonometric block pavement simulation analysis.Meanwhile,referring to the national standard GBT 4970-2009 “vehicle ride comfort test method”,I tested the ride comfort of the Car.On the premise of verifying the accuracy of the model,I analyzed vehicle ride comfort in other typical impact conditions,such as pits,slopes and drums.The main work Carried out as follows.1.I introduced the modeling mechanism of vehicle and the key component modeling theory.Firstly,I introduced the theory of moeling mechanism and process.Secondly,I introduced the theory of tire,rubber bushing,shock absorber,spring and other key parts that affect vehicle ride comfort.In this part,the FTire tire model and the rubber bushing Bouc-Wen bushing model are mainly introduced.2.The key components testing and modeling methods of vehicle are introduced,including tire test modeling,the FTire modeling test condition,the FTire identification process and the identification results.Then,I used ADAMS/CAR Tire Testrig to perform bump simulation.The accuracy of the tire model was verified.Secondly,the testing and modeling methods of rubber damper are introduced.I used Matlab to identify the three-unit model of the rubber bushing.The rubber bushing Bouc-Wen model is finally established by using IPIT rubber bushing identification tool.The vibration damper,spring test method and the modeling method in ADAMS/CAR are introduced.3.Based on ADAMS/CAR,I established a vehicle model.Then,the vehicle K&C test and vehicle stability testing was performed.Firstly,According to the actual vehicle parameters,I established front suspension,rear suspension,steering system,transmission system,braking system,vehicle subsystem.And then the corresponding test bench was selected for the assembly of the vehicle.Secondly,I established the various road surface models,including random input of the road surface models and various impact input road surface models by using ADAMS/Car.According to the vehicle K&C test and handling and stability test data,I verificated the accuracy of the model.4.The vehicle ride comfort test and simulation were performed.Firstly,the vehicle ride comfort test standard and evaluation index are introduced,including the evaluation indicators of random roads and evaluation indicators of imapct road surface.Secondly,the routine ride comfort simulation is Carried out in ADAMS/Car,and the vehicle ride comfort test data are compared.The accuracy of the model is verified,the typical pavement impact condition is established,and vehicle ride comfort is simulated and analyzed.Finally,a comprehensive analysis of the vehicle’s simulated data of various impact road conditions was Carried out. |
