In recent years,the development of innovation education of mechanics and electricity-majored students in secondary vocational schools has been continually thriving.However,there exist several defects with the scarce of the practical-based technology innovation projects and the weakness in students' innovativeness.Besides,young teachers are unequal to instruct students to attend innovation competition because the knowledge they have grasped is theorized and they are lack of practical methods in instructing students to adopt innovative concept to solve problems.Targeted for the problems mentioned above,this paper aims at exploring the training mode of innovative skills in secondary vocational school students and enabling Skill Master Studio to serve for the innovation competition and equip students with practical innovative skills as well.This article starts from the difficult situation which is faced by the secondary vocational school,did some research about the latest result of the education of innovative ability at home and abroad,summed up the method of scientific and technological innovation basing on the research of the predecessor,aimed at the situation of the training of the innovative ability which is based on the skill in the secondary vocational school,we make surveys and did some research in some school.It is concluded that education and the effect is good and students like this course.But most the technical Master Studio are in poor condition,a few students can attend it and a few projects are about real innovation.The reason why the studios are in poor condition is that the secondary vocational school is lack of professional teachers and there is not so much cooperation between school and factory.Most students in secondary vocational school have strong sense of innovation and they care the achievements that they can gain in the innovation.They are eager to take part in the innovative competition or the professional skill competition,but their executive force in not so powerful.Other students think that their teachers are lacking of experience of how to guide students to use the innovative thinking to solve the problem.On the base of the experience from other advanced school,this article explores training model of the innovation for the mechanical students in secondary vocational school.This task,which is based on the Skill Master Studio,trains the students' innovative ability from innovative consciousness,innovative thinking,innovative skill and innovative achievements.The result of this research shows that this training model can effectively stimulate the students' desire for innovation,improve students' performance of the competition,enhances the students' innovative ability and promote the students' product development capability.
