Since the reform and opening up for 40 years,China's construction industry has achieved leapfrog development: the total output value of the construction industry in 2017 will reach 21.4 trillion yuan,the technical strength of the construction industry will continue to increase,the total power of construction equipment in 2017 will reach 255 million watts,and some of the equipment level will be in the leading position in the world.Since 2014,under the impetus of the “the belt and road initiative " national strategy,” China Construction" has started to go abroad.Under the dual drive of informatization and industrialization,the construction industry has opened a new era.Since 2016,assembly building and BIM(Building Information Model)technology have been promoted rapidly in China,and the market space is expected to expand gradually in the future,opening a new era in the construction industry.All of these have put forward a more severe test for the training of engineering management professionals.Higher vocational colleges shoulder important responsibilities in training practical talents in engineering management.According to the relevant statistics of the Annual Report on Employment Quality of Graduates in Hebei Province in 2016,the number of graduates of higher vocational engineering management in Hebei Province in 2016 reached 36188,accounting for 32.28 % of the total number of graduates of higher vocational education in 2016.The employment situation of graduates of engineering management major from vocational colleges shows that there are two kinds of embarrassing situations between graduates and enterprises: on the one hand,graduates cannot find satisfactory engineering management positions,and on the other hand,enterprises cannot find suitable engineering management talents.The main reason is that students' professional ability cannot meet the actual requirements of enterprise work,which is mainly related to the training mode of higher vocational colleges.How to improve the professional ability of students majoring in engineering management is a theoretical and practical problem that our higher vocational colleges pay close attention to at this stage.Research on the talent training mode of engineering management specialty in higher vocational colleges based on vocational ability orientation will help improve the vocational ability of engineering management specialty students and contribute to the long-term and healthy development of China's construction industry.The author of this paper,based on his own work practice and referring to the relevant literature,takes LF Vocational College as the research object to investigate and analyze the training program of engineering management professionals,the testing standards of professional core competence,the relevant current situation of students and the employment situation of graduates in LF Vocational College.The survey results show that the most prominent problems of engineering management specialty in LF Vocational College are unclear discipline concept,separation of teaching content from actual production,lack of Internet big data thinking,lack of reasonable teaching structure of engineering management specialty,lack of sound practical training conditions for engineering management specialty students,etc.This has adversely affected the teaching effect of engineering management specialty and the quality of personnel training.How to solve the existing problems? The answer is to reform the talent training mode of engineering management specialty.On the basis of problem subdivision,this paper uses AHP analytic hierarchy process to make matrix analysis of the factors that affect the improvement of engineering management specialty students' professional ability in LF Vocational College.Establish a rigorous,scientific,reasonable and effective engineering management training system,clarify the educational concept,improve the quality of teaching staff construction,enhance the comprehensive quality and professional ability of engineering management students,and deliver more qualified and applied talents for the sustainable and healthy development of China's construction industry.
