Design Of Premature Infant Incubator Based On Ergonomics

Due to the policy,economy,culture,environment and all factors,the influence of the preterm-birth rate is rising in China,many premature babies didn’t get proper medical care,died shortly after birth,lifetime to attend or stay on.As the most important medical auxiliary equipment after the birth of premature infants,the infant incubator has become an important way to save tens of millions of premature babies’ life.However,there are many deficiencies in the human-machine engineering.Nevertheless,many research subjects still focus on function as the main research direction,and do not design the infant incubator from the point of medical staff.In this paper,the concept of ergonomics,the content of research and research methods are analyzed,and the nursing content and research methods of preterm infants are summarized.The methods of ergonomics have been used to collect the problems in the nursing work of premature infants and the functional requirements of the infant incubator.By using field observation method,questionnaire survey and depth interview,and obtain the basic characteristics of the research objects,operational problems that exist in the premature infant nursing,and the functions of the existing nursery box missing data information.Based on the investigation and research on the use of infant incubator,the operation process of infant nursing process and infant incubator was analyzed.The functional requirements of the infant incubator were analyzed and summarized,and the functional demand list of the infant incubator was obtained.At the same time,from the perspective of ergonomics,the man-machine factor between nurses and infant incubator is analyzed,and the infant incubator interface are analyzed and summarized,made clear the premature infant incubator in the design of the man-machine engineering problems.According to the analysis results,and the research of infant incubator list of functional requirements as well as the infant incubator between the nurse and the man-machine factor analysis,to determine the design goals,the use of infant incubator and function positioning,determine the adult female as the main user groups,solved the problems of existing operation and function loss.And put forward the idea of infant incubator design,blue light lamp operating interface and nursery box operating interface,the combination of the shelf and transfusion hook function component location and quantity and operation,completed the infant incubator design.
