AGV(Automated Guided Vehicle),Namely homing transporter,sensor technology,mechanical engineering,electrical engineering,computer engineering,automation control engineering and artificial intelligence and other multi-disciplinary research results,are widely used in industry,military,transportation,electronics and other fields.Movement for AGV car practical problems such as low stability,big movement deviation,carried out according to the actual data of AGV car trajectory control,and then implement AGV car body design optimization,etc,in order to improve the use efficiency of AGV car ready basis,application range,the trajectory design of AGV car has a widespread practical significance.The main research work is as follows:1)For checking the overall mechanical structure of the AGV institutions design,analyzed the checking part of AGV institutions,determines the mechanical mechanism of the main part of the choice of the ways of the mechanical drive,the kinematical analysis model building,implements the ground start,flat roads,spin,turn,the analysis of the driving force of the hill and other condition.2)based on multi-source data fusion is proposed sensor acquisition variable associated with performance strength calculation method,the precision of the model building and associated express both the accuracy of the sensor acquisition variables associated with performance between strength calculation,determine the AGV institutions to parameter values.3)put forward considering the complicated conditions for AGV method for the optimization design of steering mechanism,first of all,according to the requirements of the multiple conditions to parameters design of motor type selection,and then build the single steering mechanism in the cases of parameter optimization model,and puts forward the concept of coordinate condition more factors,implements the working condition of coordination of AGV to structure optimization design.4)in the Solidworks checking AGV institutions of assembly model is constructed,and the front wheel steering gear,shaft and car body of key parts such as intensity,the optimal design is verified to determine the effectiveness of the inspection of AGV institutions.
