Remote Working Condition Monitoring System For Hazardous Chemicals Logistics Vehicle Based On Wireless Sensor Network

With the rapid development of economy, the demand of hazardous chemicals is increasing, and the transport volume of hazardous chemicals is increasing sharply. The hazardous chemicals transportation mainly relies on road transport, and once the accident happens during the transportation, it will bring a great threat to the safety of nearby towns, rivers and people. Therefore, the safety problem of hazardous chemicals transportation has aroused great attention from all sectors of society. How to safety management and transport hazardous chemicals is the biggest challenge of hazardous chemicals industry. At present, hazardous chemicals transportation management is still in the initial stage, so it is urgent to put forward an effective transportation monitoring system for hazardous chemicals to ensure the transportation safety of hazardous chemicals. In order to address this challenge, this paper designes a kind of remote working condition monitoring system for hazardous chemicals logistics vehicle.Through the analysis of the characteristics of hazardous chemicals transportation industry, it can be known that the causes of hazardous chemical transportation accidents are various, for example, the temperature change of the dangerous chemicals or the working condition change of the transport vehicle may lead to the occurrence of the traffic accident. Therefore, this paper puts forward a kind of remote working condition monitoring system for hazardous chemicals logistics vehicle based on wireless sensor network, uses wireless sensor nodes to monitor the temperature of hazardous chemicals, vehicle attitude and tire pressure, designs a network monitoring platform and realizes remote real time monitoring for large hazardous chemicals transportation vehicles. The research in this paper is expected to improve the real time and accuracy of condition monitoring of hazardous chemicals logistics vehicle, and it has great guiding significance for transportation safety of hazardous chemicals transportation industry.The main work of this paper is organized as follows: This paper analyzed the research status, and studied technical proposals of remote condition monitoring system for hazardous chemicals logistics vehicle. According to the status of hazardous chemicals transportation industry, the functional requirements of the system were put forward and the overall design of the system was completed. Then the working principle of the system was elaborated,and the hardware circuit design and the software program design of the vehicle terminal was completed. According to the functional requirements of the system, the sensor nodes for monitoring the working condition were designed,and the design of the remote monitoring center were completed. The hardware and software test of the system were completed.The test results showed that: the system can monitor the working condition of hazardous chemicals transportation vehicles, and achieve the intended purpose. Finally, this paper summarized the work, and prospected the future work.
