Fujian Information About Water Consultation System Design And Implementation

In recent years,the frequent occurrence of flood disasters in Fujian Province,which caused great losses to the development of economy and society in Fujian Province,flood duty system responsible for the province's water rain hydrological work,task and responsibility.At present,our province flood duty system information processing method is relatively backward,generally artificial computer processing using a variety of data processing,the lack of integrated operation system;the lack of interim statements need to customize the function manual to deal with massive data,low efficiency,slow speed,gradually has been unable to meet the high demand of flood control and disaster relief work.Therefore,need to adapt to construction of flood control and disaster relief work under the new situation of Fujian information consultation system,improve the hydrological information processing timeliness,accuracy and quality of data,so that decision-makers can grasp the province rapid dynamic rain water,and provide information support and decision support for flood control,to improve scientific flood control,maximum to reduce flood disaster caused by the loss of life and property,is of great significance.In this paper,we study and implement the including water overview diagram,rain visual query,report forms automatically generated and extension table maintenance,and other functions of hydrologic information consultation system in Fujian province,the province hydrology information forecast and provide decision support for flood control and drought relief.Hydrologic information consultation system for flood control consultation in our province of Fujian province provided a convenient and efficient platform,and leadership for flood prevention department provides flood information,to provide support for flood control and decision making,in the work of flood control and play a significant effect.For the purpose of this article the research content and the characteristic summarized below:1)This paper analyzes the current situation of hydrological information at home and abroad,summarizes the work done in this paper and the structure of the paper.2)This paper introduces the key technologies of the system,including the Fujian province hydrology map historical hydrological feature technology,database construction technology,customizable reporting technology,GIS and MIS using VML language and information relevance technology key technology to realize the graphical data.3)This thesis of hydrologic information consultation system in Fujian province has carried on the demand analysis,mainly from the functional requirements,data requirements,such as performance requirements for the design4)This paper of Fujian province hydrology in consultation with the system's overall architecture,function,database and so on has carried on the involved,at the same time,introduces the technical route of the system.5)The design the system implementation,system function implementation steps are given.Described in detail the difficulties in the development of the system function of the technology used and the results show.
