With the development of Industrial Internet,personalized manufacturing is listed as one of the five innovative modes of intelligent manufacturing,which will be promoted as a key mode.How to integrate personalized service into the field of industrial manufacturing and satisfy the concept of "manufacturing as a service" is the core of personalized manufacturing research.Based on the analysis of the research results of personalized customization by scholars at home and abroad,aiming at the problems of unclear user groups,low user participation and customization efficiency,this paper puts forward an algorithm model of personalized customization for different target groups,and designs and develops Product Customization and Information Visualization System(PCAIVS 1.0)by studying the visualization technology of factory and logistics information.With the help of this system,the participation of different target groups in personalized customization is enhanced,and the transparency of "personalized customization-Manufacturing-Logistics transportation" is realized.The rationality and practicability of the system are verified by practical application.The main research results and conclusions are as follows:(1)A personalized customization algorithm model for different target groups is established.The paper will divide the target group into three levels of users.Individualized customization of primary users adopts single-dimension retrieval,extension function retrieval and multi-dimension composite retrieval algorithm,in which multi-dimension composite retrieval is realized by calculating matrix of interval similarity,normalizing dimension removal and subjectively assigning weight.The personalized customization of intermediate users is realized by the "Ti+N" decomposition customization algorithm which is constructed by using the idea of multi-level decomposition tree,the evaluation algorithm of hierarchical analysis and the mapping relationship between customer demand and product parameter configuration.The personalized customization of advanced users is accomplished by using public design cloud and real-time interaction between users and designers.(2)The visualization technology of product processing information and logistics transportation information tracking is studied.Visualization of product processing information,the underlying information is real-time updating through the interaction between RFID radio frequency system and background database.The upper information,i.e.real-time information of current position and status of product,is using Java Script and AJAX local refresh technology.Logistics transportation information tracking is based on the research and analysis of map Web API documents.It realizes visualization in PCAIVS1.0 page through the design of icon information display,route planning,real-time positioning and other software functions.(3)The overall functional framework and system development technology of personalized customization and information visualization system are studied and designed.By analyzing the public cloud resource module,personalized customization,factory processing module and logistics transportation are integrated into PCAIVS 1.0.Under B/S mode,the system adopts JSP+Servlet+Java Bean,Mysql 5.0 database,Tomcat 7.0 server,Eclipse tools and front-end development technology of HTML,Java Script and bootstrap framework,and realizes personalized customization for different target groups under cloud manufacturing mode,as well as visualization of product processing and logistics transportation information tracking.(4)PCAIVS 1.0 example application validation.Taking the electric bicycle as an example,this paper validates the personalized customization on PCAIVS 1.0,and simulates the visualization of product processing and logistics transportation,and achieves satisfactory results.
