| Auto Changchun Co.was established in June 2002,is a wholly foreign-owned enterprise invested by the headquarters of the Swedish company,the company has more than 900 employees now.The company mainly engaged in automobile airbags,seat belts and other products,is a well-known enterprise in the industry.The logistics department of Auto Changchun Co.is divided into four groups,material planning group,production planning group,customer planning group and warehouse.The company currently has 115 domestic suppliers,145 overseas suppliers all over the world.Customers include FAW-Volkswagen,Shanghai Volkswagen,Beijing Benz,Huachen BMW,Great Wall automobile,FAC,AUDI etc.Logistics cost is one of the most important cost of manufacturing enterprise at present,in all logistics activities,purchasing logistics is in the very front,and purchasing logistics going smoothly,directly affect the production and the follow-up all link,therefore,purchasing logistics becomes more and more important for the top management of manufacturing company.The importance of purchasing logistics cost control is determined by the importance of purchasing logistics cost in the whole logistics cost.The effective control of purchasing logistics cost will play an active role in enhancing the company's competitiveness in the same industry and winning more market share.This article first introduces the current situation of the purchase logistics cost control of Auto Changchun Co.In all the cost of purchasing logistics,freight,customs agency fee and storage charge account for a considerable proportion,which becomes the most important part of the purchasing logistics cost control.The company is currently working with several global forwarders who have intersecting business with each other.As the warehouse area of the company is limited,all overseas raw materials are now stored in the third party warehouse,and the company pays the warehousing costs every month.In the material planning group,there is an intersection between the material planners,and repetitive labor occurs,resulting in overall workload increase and overtime work.In addition,in order to better realize the communication between the company and the suppliers and global forwarders,the company introduced a new management system and actively developed the new system.Then,this article expounds the purchasing logistics cost control problems of Auto Changchun Co.as follows: one is the personnel division of labor is not clear,because part of the work involving all material planner,but preparations are mostly repetitive,it caused the waste of human;The second is the lack of warehouse cost control,in order to store overseas raw materials,the company pay more than 300 each year for the storage charges,on the other hand,the current safety days for all materials are all the same,so when company facing customer demand changing,can not control the inventory smoothly;Three is less pushy purchasing logistics cost control,material planning groups is more complete,a variety of tasks and indicator,not combined with the actual,analysis the feasibility of further control purchasing logistics costs;Four is the lack of management and control of packaging for materials,the company set up a packaging engineer position,but more work is around the finished product packaging,did not give more support in raw materials packaging.However,due to the improper packaging of raw materials,and the waste of manpower,and the workload increase,the material planning group is also constantly disturbed.Finally,this article puts forward the corresponding optimization scheme for the problem of the current purchasing logistics cost control of Auto Changchun Co.Mainly by material planning groups to division of labor,warehouse cost control,transportation cost control and packaging related cost control,through every link of security implementation,ultimately for the company to develop an effective purchasing logistics cost control scheme,thus more conducive to Auto Changchun Co.'s future development. |
