Logistic Cost Control For ATD Company Of Vehicle Manufacturing Plant

In recent years,the rapid development of China's automobile manufacturing enterprises,Chinese enterprises in reducing costs,increase sales profits have done a lot of exploration and research.However,in terms of logistics cost control,there is still a long way to go to the traditional automobile manufacturing powerhouse such as Germany,the United States and Japan.ATD company,for example,the logistics costs have always been maintained at a high level,affecting the company's overall profit,restricting the company's development.Chinese enterprises are still at the initial stage of research on the control of logistics costs.However,overseas studies on logistics cost control have been developed for more than 50 years,and they have more guidance and reference to Chinese enterprises both in theory and practice.This article is divided into four chapters,the first chapter describes the logistics cost control research results at home and abroad;the second chapter describes the logistics cost control related to the important concepts and principles of Germany,the United States,Japan in the field of change control methods,advantages,And the present situation of China's automobile manufacturing industry in this aspect.On the basis of long-term research,the third chapter deeply analyzes many problems existed in the control of logistics cost of automobile core component manufacturing company ATD Corporation.In the fourth chapter,Inbound logistics packaging,logistics and transport,warehousing efficiency of three aspects of ATD logistics cost control given targeted optimization and improvement measures.By analyzing the status quo,problems and optimization measures of ATD logistics cost control,it has a certain contrast and reference significance for accelerating the logistics cost control of China's automobile manufacturing enterprises,reducing the related costs of entering auto parts logistics and improving the logistics level of automobile manufacturing industry.
