With the further elaboration of international division of labor and the further intensification of international competition,the logistics activities of enterprises have penetrated into the whole life cycle of products,and the proportion of logistics cost in the total cost of enterprises has been increasing.Effective control of logistics cost is of great significance to the development of enterprises.Therefore,logistics cost control has become one of the most popular research topics for many experts and scholars.Photovoltaic is a new industry developed in recent years,the industry prospects are bright,but the road is tortuous.As a new energy industry,it can compete with the traditional energy only when the cost is low enough,so the price to be close to the traditional energy is the criterion to evaluate the development of the industry.Therefore,what can keep the enterprises ahead in the fierce competition only through scientific management methods to control the costs.For the purpose of improving the competitiveness of the solar energy and make the price equal to the traditional energy,logistics as the recognized third source of profits become the focus of the research field.This thesis combines the relevant knowledge of supply chain cost theory,logistics cost control theory and system dynamics theory,which analyzes the production and operation case of J company,and summarizes the composition and the key influencing factors of J company’s logistics cost.After then,using the vensim software to establish the dynamics model of J company’s logistics cost system,and inputting the actual operation data of J company into the system for simulation.Then through adjusting the system parameters and structures to simulate for many times,after comparing the simulation results to find out the main factors affecting J company’s logistics cost,the research results provide the suggestions and directions for J company to reduce logistics cost and promote the sustainable development of the enterprise.Through the research on the logistics cost system of photovoltaic enterprises according to the operation characteristics of photovoltaic enterprises,this thesis identified the effective measures to optimize the logistics cost of photovoltaic enterprises,and broadened the research thinking of the logistics cost control of photovoltaic enterprises.It is convenient to provide an example basis for the operation of other photovoltaic enterprises,and it also builds the foundation for in-depth study of the industry,further enriches and improves the theoretical system of logistics cost control in the photovoltaic industry theoretically.As the world’s leading manufacturer of photovoltaic products,J company facing with the problem of logistics cost which is also a common problem of other enterprises in the industry.We hope that the research conclusion of this thesis can also provide useful reference for other enterprises,so that Chinese photovoltaic enterprises can develop together in the new situation.
